it was an adventure to climb the stairs up to 2nd floor. impossible to do it with a trolley or anything bigger than a backpack. missing hair dryer from bathroom. very difficult to lock the door (Ap2) with the key when you leave the apartment. the shower and main bathroom sink are basic in the bedroom.

Attempts to communicate with the owners was not responded to. Air conditioner is not suitable for the size of the apartment and had no impact on the temperature of the apartment. No hand soap or hand towel available. Sockets next to the bed do not work. Spiral staircase is very narrow and would not be suitable for travellers with suitcases.

Very comfortable and clean, great location and close to Grote Markt.

No cooking facility. Entrance key is on floor. Difficult to get down some times. TV would drop internet, and need to be re-entered. These are minor. It was a great experience.

Location at night , narrow stairs to the apartment, Small bit of noise from other rooms when people are moving around, open plan layout makes privacy between guests in the same apartment a little bit harder to get.

Pillows!!!!! Ridiculous!! To Be Honest (Crap)!!....A real shame..... 6Ft Bed & 2 Small pathetic, cheap & nasty pillows!!! Not all Lighting Worked! No T Towels in kitchen, Blinds Missing, No Towel in Toilet, No Kettle!!?? Strange! Needs a Coffee Table, Key access to Apartment needs dealing with...... Door Lock Loose & difficult to open. Need to be forewarned of the Staircase to 1st & 2nd Floors....very very narrow!! Not that we needed it, but the Aircon Remote appeared not to work???

The pillows were not that good, they are tall and not very soft When we were there, there was around 50% of the lights that were out, it was probably an oversight by maintenance but still. Sooo many terrible tiny stairs, no elevator.

The apartment is on the ground floor, probably an ex shop. This is ok if you already know that in Belgium and the Netherlands there are a lot of places like this but if you don’t, it may be a bit weird as there’s enough privacy, not enough natural light and external air. No hand soap, no toilet paper, no shampoo. Just an almost finished body shower.

Power outlets behind the bed did not work. Very small stairs to the first floor appartement; if you are of a certain age and carry a 20kg suitcase this poses a problem. You can hear the Neighbours walk; but this did not bother me.

Very spacious (no doors inside which I love) and clean. Shower was good and are comfortable. Kitchen had everything a person would need. Hosts made themselves known over the app which I appreciated. Airco a big plus. No hotel in Antwerp can beat what this place offers.

Honestly there wasn't anything that would put us off staying here again. As others have mentioned, the stairs are really very narrow so you might want to consider bringing a rucksack rather than a suitcase. The front door to the building has a key code, which was a little temperamental at times, but we got used to it. A tea towel or two would have been a welcome addition to the kitchen, but we only really breakfasted in the studio, all other meals were enjoyed while out and about. On balance, nothing particularly negative!

Fantastic location, just a 10-minute walk from the old city/cathedral area. The street outside was fairly quiet, and there was a supermarket and bus route close by. The studio itself is beautifully clean and spacious with separate zones for living and sleeping.

The photos was not matching the place. I was supposed to have 1 terrace and a kitchen. It was basically a big hotel room. For the price it was ok.

Steep and narrow stairs up to the apartment. Gas supply stopped so only cold water in the shower. Sent a complaint about it to the owner, but got no response. Fixed it myself.

Good size of the apartment, clean and well equipped in the kitchen. Not much outdoor noise in the area. Short distance to shops, cafes and restaurants.

A little street noise in the neighbourhood at times; staircase access was narrow and steep, not easy to negotiate but ok for me, possibly less so for anyone with mobility challenges

Small things like there is no paper towel, no soap, and no coffee pods for the coffee machine.

Location and the owners are very responsive to my queries on how to turn on AC ( I believe the remote didn’t work and had to turn it on manually thank god there is a chair to help me reach the turn on/off button on the AC.
