Shower wet room in the rooms had black mould and it seemed like the extractor fan didn’t work in the room. The door alarm kept going off on some nearby rooms which woke us up. If the room has an internally facing window then you will also hear noise from the lobby bar area.

Spacious rooms that were comfortable and private. Great location close within a ten minute walk of most things the centre of Brussels has to offer.

It was the best experience that I had staying to a hostel. Everything is so clean, the location is great - in the center, and the staff is super friendly. I truly recommend it.

One little minus was selection of the food, for that price I prefer to visit Carrefour near the accommodation or some restaurant (Zain Al Shaam for example).

The accommodation was really great! The staff was really helpful all the time and also great entertainment in the lobby for newcomers. Great selection of the beers as well.

Usually I prefer places with toilet and shower separately but it was fine when they were in the room too. What I didn't like was the sink being in the sleeping area. There was also a shower head missing.

If you’re a senior like myself you may find the lobby a bit noisy. There were activities like a meet and greet and a music fest that was going on. If you’re a younger person this place is perfect for you.

Conveniently located at the City center it was still far enough from the crowded major shopping areas. The neighborhood felt more like a residential area with small stores and plenty of restaurant choices. The lobby seems to be bustling with activity depending on the time. An inner dining area was more quiet and this is where I spent my time just having my coffee checking my email and keeping in touch with friends and family.

Perfect hostel. Central location. Friendly staff. Fun game nights and socialisation moments. Clean rooms and bathroom. Big and comfortable bed. Loved the curtains that provide privacy. Towels only 1€. Totally recommend it. Wifi is great in the lobby but not so great in the room. Elevator is a bit shaky but it's not that big of a deal.

The place is very clean and super central. They have activities every evening. The beds are cozy and the toilets are clean.

I would suggest to bring your own locker for the wardrobe, because otherwise you have to buy one there but it’s extremely difficult to change the opening combination (no roommate was able to change it and kept the standard one).

Not the cheapest, but sure is value for money.

This place has a proper communal area where you can lounge, eat, etc. There's lifts. And a kettle for coffee. Clean, friendly, and very efficient.

Not enough hanger in bathroom. Need a longer lock for the locker.

Spacious room with nice design. Bed was really comfortable, with space to put personal items. Bed curtain was great too. Near Grand place but quiet at night.

The breakfast was a bit different from what I expected. It was composed of different types of sweets, oatmeal, ingredients for sandwiches (bread, philadelphia, bacon, cheese). It was definitely good, but at times I was missing diversity of products.

The staff was super friendly and careful. They were open to help you and they would chat with you in the meantime. I liked that they organized events every night. That way most of the people were engaged, we were chatting or doing something together and there was even a free dinner on Thursday (you just needed to buy a beer, which you would do in any case). I liked that they also had happy hour between 19-21 so you could buy 2 drinks at the price of one (either beer or wine). And last but not least, the hostel was very clean and modern. That was the best room I stayed in at a hostel.

The elevator was a bit problematic cause sometimes doors didn’t close and when we arrived we find out that we had to buy a padlock (3.5€) if we wanted to lock our baggages in the locker. But despite that the staying was really good!

The staff was really nice and polite! They told me people working there are coming from everywhere (Portugal, Spain, Romania etc) so it should be easy to communicate. Me and my best friend stayed there one night in a shared room of 5 and didn’t know anyone but we immediately clicked with our roomates! There were families and young people too. So I totally recommend to go there if you’re solo traveling, also cause the area where is located it’s safe and in the center of Brussels. Rooms and toilets were clean.

The AC was broken in our dorm during a hot day.

The rooms are really fresh and well-constructed. I especially liked the privacy curtains for the beds. The atmosphere is really nice!
