We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very good location for short stay, or transit as we did, just in front of train station but very close to downtown and main attractions. The room was good, spacious, as well the bathroom, with nice small balconies, and the flower market on Sundays is a plus. Hosts are nice people.

The hotel has a good location, next to the station and a five minute walk from the town centre. It is a cheap option for somewhere to stay, and the restaurant stays open late, which is good news if you arrive late in the evening

AustraliaNo elevator and stairs very steep, lighting in stairwells poor. Some language issues with some reception persons. Property is extremely old and outdated, under going some refurbishments but needs much more. Bathroom was clean but antiquated, no exhaust fan working. No air conditioning just an old fan. Looked aesthetically poor. Electrical fittings were dodgy and wires exposed. Room very small.
Close to train station and buses, plus in walking distance to town centre. Windows did open but window sills were dirty and contained pigeons and their mess.
