The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing, especially the atmosphere in which it was served. Classical music, beautiful hall and table settings. Would highly recommend this hotel for a nice and cozy stay in great location.

Everything was so good. Yet the only issue was that the tea bags were not replenished though we stayed for two nights.

A lovely boutique-style hotel just just steps away from the main square, but quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean. Perfect!

The beds roll around - if you try to lean on the wall behind you will find the bed sliding away from the wall. I understand that it's convenient for cleaning to have them move easily but they need to put some kind of brake on the beds so that they stay put when you are sleeping on them. Footsteps and conversations travel easily - we could hear people clonking down the wooden stairs at all hours and there was a lot of foot traffic in the room upstairs. There is a sign in the reception to take care not to make noise after 10pm which is great, but it might be an idea to add advice to tread lightly as well when people are sleeping. The windows have a kind of net covering (strapped to the window itself) so it wasn't easy to see outside, for instance to check if it was raining or not. The bedside 'tables' (shelves really) were very small and far from the bed. It would be nice to something more useful.

The location was excellent, a short walk from all central attractions, near great cafes and restaurants. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The building is an old one but the room seemed updated nicely - it was simple but attractive and functional with usb plugs by the bed and a nice bathroom with a wonderfully powerful hot shower. There is a bar (although only open until 9pm) and a lift. The room was generally quiet (very little noise from outside).

We were on the side street so opposite the beer bar, which was noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. The other nights were OK though.

The location of this hotel is superb, just a couple of minutes walk to the Markt. There is an ATM down the street and lots of restaurants and shops close. The bus to the station stops down the street as well. It appears the hotel has recently been renovated as everything is very modern and well appointed. So nice to have good lighting and hooks to hang everything. The reception and housekeeping staff are delightful.

Too noisy outside - partying until 7am on the weekend, also load vehicles passing.

Excellent location for the busy bars and shops. Breakfast was extensive and the room was very clean and comfortable with an excellent shower.

The pillows weren't very comfortable at all and both of us ended up with quite stiff necks. The corridor was also a little noisy in the mornings, but nothing terrible.

The location was excellent, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was warm too. It was all very clean, with a small mini fridge and kettle. There was also a little desk and some seats with a coffee table, plus a TV if you want to watch it in the evening.

There is a nightclub in the next street which is open from 10pm until 6am and it literally sounds like everyone is out in the street, it’s so loud. the hotel windows do keep out a lot of sound to be fair but it’s impossible to have the windows open at night which I personally like to do.

Location was perfect! Just few minutes walk from the Markt. Loved that the room has AC. Perfect for the summer weather. We had the best sleep. There was free coffee also. Small detail but i loved the small zoom mirror in the bathroom, did my makeup easier than usual. Loved that they have cable but it would have been better if they will have Netflix/Youtube

The bar area was very quiet so I didn't bother to use it when there were so many nice bars just down the street. Not really a proper complaint or the hotel's fault and it was nice that the hotel was a quiet bolt hole after a busy day.

The location is perfect - just a stroll from the beautiful market square. My room was clean and bright, perfect size for just me! Great bathroom and rainfall shower. Loved the clever modern lightswitch that lights up with which lights are on (bit sad maybe). Nice full length mirror which is always appreciated. Bed was very comfy and the area was very quiet, any noise from the nearby bar soon stopped. The only thing that woke me up the first night was a rattling from the odd vehicle going over the cobbles in the morning but I soon got used to it. I didn't sample the breakfast so can't comment on that. Check in/check out both smooth and easy. Bus stop for the station very handy just around the corner.
