Our room is a little but old, also the quality of the furniture is not proper. Its authentic in some manner but not in a good way. Also too much decoration in the hotel feels like you are in a bollywood movie:))

Moldy room, stale tobacco smell in the room, loud cleaning staff that kept on shouting while cleaning like the sleep and rest of the guests in the early hours of the morning was an afterthought. Thin walls, ceilings made of wood so you can actually hear the other shoe drop above you. First time I actually do not recommend a hotel.

My room was very noisy due it being off and overlooking the street! The colours of the walls could also be considered overwhelming but adds great character!

Great location a 2 minute walk from the square and main attractions. Also plenty of restaurants and places to eat next door.

Breakfast room is cold as it is situated at the entrance to the hotel and the automatic entrance door. It is not designed for the outside temperatures below zero degrees.

Too much noise from other rooms. At 6am l had to wake up because of the thin wall and other rooms. Also the tv doesn't work. Also there wasn't hot water to take shower.

I feel that it could use a little TLC but ultimately it was fine.

The property has a lot going on. The decor is very bohemian and eye catching. The owner was delightful and all of the staff were friendly. Brilliant location - close to everything. Noodle bar next door was awesome and round the corner from Hard Rock Cafe.

No facilities in room (fridge/hot drinks). No shelves or hooks on doors to put/hang things. More hangers needed in wardrobe. TV not working. Very noisy at night and kept getting woken up (double glazing needed!)

More of an experience than a normal hotel bc of the maximalist decor and very special vibe. Really good location and unforgettable BC of the interior

Good morning friends, I'm here to question the amount charged to my card. I made a reservation with you for July 17-18. I arrived on the day and paid in cash. Today, I went to check my card statement and it says that my reservation was canceled and I was charged again for the amount of the stay. Please help me. It's confusing in old reservations it appears that it was completed where I paid in cash 💴, when I go to the canceled menu the same canceled reservation appears and the amount was charged to the credit card

This accommodation would not suit light sleepers that like luxury. Our curtains did not close properly due to part of the rail having fallen down. However the room was clean and simple.

Quirky property in a lively street with eccentric friendly staff. Was something out of the ordinary, was comfortable enough and made us smile.

The bed was very uncomfortable made of iron with iron rods instead of slats with a low mattress with no springs or latex cushioning,. Also the room is in dire need of refurbishing and cleanliness was a bit questionable especially the fitted carpets along the corridors that were smelly.

Rooms are older than expected, facilities hardly exist, price is high because the demand, not for what was offered.

There is a persistent smell in all the public areas (probably due to the carpets). The stairs and carpet were very dirty and the room was full of dust (like near the heater). The breakfast is not continental self-serve but pre-set on the table.

The most beautiful decorations throughout the hotel, very impressive, like staying in a museum. Very central positions, on a street full of restaurants few meters away from the Grand Palace. The matress was very confortable.
