We would have liked a warmer welcome with a better explanation of how things worked, such as the dining in your room, spa etc. suspect our language barrier got in the way.

A beautiful hotel with great rooms, spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the Terrace suite and had a little balcony. Food was also excellent- breakfast is tasty and fresh. A very nice massage too.

To pay €70 extra for three hours beautiful but basic spa is far too much. You would have expect its included with hotel room. Same for breakfast, very nice but €26 pp very expensive for basic breakfast.

Location is a little tricky to locate.

Everything was incredible! I treated myself to the three course meal in my suite and it was some of the finest food I have ever had. I had sole use of the spa, which made me feel like royalty. Honestly, this was the most extraordinary experience.

Our suite proved to be excellent—roomy, pristine, and tastefully designed. The four-course dinner served there was truly outstanding, with a variety of wines perfectly complementing each dish. The interior design of both the suite and the entire hotel was exceptional. We also enjoyed a fantastic massage session and made good use of the spa facilities.

The property is located in an idyllic part of town, but it is still very close to all the restaurants and shops. Check-in went smoothly and the room was incredibly, especially the bed. We felt as though we were sleeping on a cloud. The spa was not crowded at all, which was very relaxing.

The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the Spa. Maybe we expected it to have some more things, but it just 2 sauna’s and the pool. We still enjoyed, as it was very relaxing.

Our suite was beyond perfect! We had the terrace suite with balcony, very spacious and clean as well. The staff was very kind and polite. It’s located in a very quiet area what makes it perfect to relax. Just a short drive away from the city center of Namur.

Wifi connection was weak. Room had no built in airco (just a mobile unit) so it can get warm; we were able to compensate by sleeping longer in the morning when the temperature was lower.

The room service on the night is bad , the meal arrive not hot because they travel outside with it , without protecting the food from the cold , and reçeption behaviour is wrong, they told us that room need to be leave at 12h , not 12h 15 because cleaning g service come , what a rude people who never go to hotel school and learn that in a five stars , the client always expect a yes …
