We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsOption for a more expensive “room with a view” is not worth it: the view is the railroad tracks. You can also hear the trains arriving and leaving. On weekend arrive early for breakfast, otherwise there will be a queue (and not enough personnel, that day, at least)
Modern hotel. The basics are excellent: quiet, clean, enough space, comfortable bed, good shower. Extras like design furniture and lamps, nespresso Koffijberg machine, extra rain shower, radio in the wall, fridge, and two types of pillows, make the stay more special. Breakfast buffet is quite good

The best 4 stars hotel I stayed ever. Option to choose my room in advance. Special atmosphere in the lobby and the restaurant. The breakfast was very rich and varied with fresh ingredients. TV screen was big and HD. Check out one hour later than in most hotels.

LuxembourgJust after we checked in, the housekeeping came in directly for room cleaning. It happened two times. There should have been better coordination to understand which rooms are for cleaning. This just an observation. Not a concern.
We stayed for two nights. Very good location, just besides the main train station. Special mention for Adeline who was very welcoming at the time of check in. Good breakfast. Again staff was very polite and service with a smile. Will definitely come back.

I chose this hotel because it is ideally located if you have to go to a concert at the Sport Palais, as it is close to the metro which takes you directly there. It is also ideally located next to Antwerp Central Station. Our stay was for one night, the room was a little smaller than I expected, but...when we returned from the concert they had left a note on the door of the room inviting us to breakfast for the inconvenience. I really did not complain about the room, but this detail of going ahead and achieving, thanks to that invitation, a great experience for the client, is what distinguishes a good hotel. Of course the breakfast is totally recommendable, not only for the atmosphere, the breakfast room is beautiful, but for the great quality of the buffet, there was something for all options and tastes, really a great experience. As a Spaniard I always recommend the NH chain, since we take quality in accommodation and hospitality very seriously. Thank you very much, a good experience and highly recommended.

Hong KongI would suggest add self laundry service and arrange clean up the rubbish bin and offer a bottle of water when customers chose not to made up room.
Highly recommend it just opposite to station. Modern and clean, the breakfast is delicious. I stayed there for 3 nights. We chose not made up room in return for free drinks in bar. Special thanks to Marrten & the beautiful guest relation manager. They delivered excellent service to us.
