The access to the building was easy and fast. The room was the biggest one we stayed in in all of our Eurotrip. Loved the view, the coffee machine, the vintage radio, the balcony, etc. We had access to the laundry room.

The digital check-in and communication was excellent and saved us lots of time. Location is brilliant for exploring the city. All facilities inside the room are new and high quality. Bed is huge and comfortable. Shower is amazing. Couldn't fault this accommodation at all.

The lack of slippers and an AC malfunction were huge minuses. It was pretty cold in the room - both the air and floor were chilly

The hotel is quite nice and is conveniently situated in the centre of Brussels, the lockers for luggage and laundry are nice assets as well.

the lock on our room was not working, the room was OK, but unfortunately everything remote, so no reception in case of those kind of incidents. There are lockers downstairs for luggage but unfortunately just a few and everything was blocked

Cleanliness wasn't great.. black carpet shows up all! No place to leave bags, this was my biggest annoyance! Had to carry around all day. Was told I could maybe get in room early but that was never going to be an option as cleaner didn't even start till late.

The room was large, with a cute balcony, huge comfy bed. Good location. Free coffee. Didn't mind that there was no staff.

Amazing place, I stay most of the time at Numa ( Prague, Berlin, Brussels, Munich) because I know exactly what I can expect and they offer really high quality stay in every aspect. Extremely clean, great design, services, digitalisation, communication and the most important thing is the soundproof of the rooms, truly amazing!

Due to a problem with the bathroom sink, I was immediately moved to another room. Unfortunately, there was a continous buzz in the 2nd room, which was quite difficult to endure.

Excellent location, nice breakfast at a close-by hotel, very comfortable bed and spacious room. The Nespesso coffee machine and the vintage radio in the room were a very nice touch.

- Very poor lighting in the bedroom. It's hard to see at night (or even in the morning during winter). It felt very gloomy instead of cozy. I took a photo but even my phone adjusted the brightness, so the gloominess is not so obvious. At least the lights in the bathroom were good. - Carpet floor wasn't very clean. There are stains, and I stepped on something wet when we arrived. - Bathroom will get "flooded" quickly when showering because there is no shower door/curtain. So water splashes outside the shower area very easily.
