You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe room was very hot (in March)so someone had left the window open and the noise from outside was so loud - people partying til after 3am then ribbons collection from 5am. I barely slept! I think it would have been noisy with the window shut, but was worse with it open

Czech RepublicThe ladder to the upper bunks were not comfortable.
I booked the place for one night after midnight after my original accommodation had been cancelled by the owner. I found the bed nice and clean and comfortable and welcomed the curtains which ensure privacy. The room - although a dormitory for 10 people - was reasonably quiet in terms of other guests, and although the windows were open onto the street to have fresh air, it was very, very quiet. The place could not be better situated in terms of sightseeing etc., which was not my case because I travelled for work, but it felt nice and comforting to sleep in the heart of Brussels.

TurkeyThey don't have signboard of the hotel on the hotel nor the street, you just need to guess/know that that plave is the hotel. Not the cleanest place. The fountain on the bathroom is very poorly located. Lockers inside the room don't have padlocks(?).
Location and the price is okay. Also each bunker bed has curtains nice touch for privacy. Private bathroom is nice. Front desk was kind.

BelgiumVery affordable, the check in was quick and there is a drinks vending machine. Comfy mattress for people with back pain, the sheets are clean and the bathroom is in the dorm if you need to go in the middle of the night. You will need a smartphone to install an app and open the door of the dorm. The location near the grand place is great for visiting Brussels.

Good location with Brussels at a great price. The breakfast in the morning was a good selection of bread, cereal and some luncheon meats along with a coffee machine. Enjoyed that it wasn't bunks but individual twin beds
