We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GreeceVery clean hostel with private rooms too and ensuit bathroom. Very nice breakfast 7.50 euros. And you can leave your luggage after checking out and stroll in the city. It is located in the heart of old city of Brussels. Very comfortable beds and pillows. White linen in very good condition like new. I want to thank for the change of my booked dates due to change of plans even if my booking was not refundable and under a strict policy. We will surely come again!

United KingdomI need to take the stairs manually to the third floor since the staff already turned off the elevator (it's midnight already so I am not complaining, though). The elevator was quite small so if you travel big be prepare to lift your belongings into two or three times by the elevator.
The location probably what I liked the most. Its literally in the heart of old city of Brussels. only 5 minutes walk to Grand Place! I arrived at 00.30 and check out at 8.30 so I did not really used all the hotel facilities. the room was quite comfy, the amenities was there, and you can get all the basic needs you need from the hotel.

PortugalI ended up in a dorm with two men who kept snoring loudly. when I asked them to please try to stop snoring since I had work the next morning, one of them was almost violent to me. after this I felt unsafe at the hostel. there was also a group of kids that literally harassed me and caused problems all over the hostel. the staff did all they could to help with this, moving me into a new room and calling the group out
the hostel is actually not bad. the beds are comfortable and the location is great. the staff was really helpful with my struggles during my stay

AustraliaHorrible sound proofing, you can hear everything from the street, the floor below, the floor above and across the whole level. Being a hostel this sound was continuous all night long with many people yelling and banging on doors every night. Beds also weren’t very comfortable.

NetherlandsThey charge 3 euro for bag storage.. WiFi is terrible! Common guys it is not 2008! They send you your passport number in an email which is highly unsafe and I guess even forbidden by GDPR laws.. No proper community room and therefor no real hostel admosphere. They send you like 8 emails about stuff which is extremely annoying..
