We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SpainIt was too loud with the window open and too hot with the window closed. I did not sleep comfortably as I was too hot.
It is in the center, so super convenient to walk around and see sights. There are lots of restaurants nearby. There is a nice common area where breakfast is served in the morning. The bathroom in my room was clean.

NetherlandsMy mother and I got bitten by the bed bugs (both my arms and legs were bitten). The queen bed for 2 people was slanted in the middle. Hence, our back was uncomfortable at the next morning. The facility was poor - the fan in the room didn't work, it was really hot in the summer as there wasn't any air conditioner. There was no kettle and microwave in the property at all, even when we asked the staff they didn't have any.

ItalyThe whole hostel is pretty old. The bunk beds are shrieking everytime you move and it is not possible to get to sleep. In the room there is not even one chair and no table. There is no kitchen or a place big enough where to hang out. The locker room is between ground and first floor and there is no lift to reach it.
The only good think about this hostel is its location very close to the main points of interest. Actually you could walk to the main Brussels attractions, including the European Parliament.

EgyptThey have no kitchen Or their so called breakfast room Nothing in it works No kettle for boiling water , u can’t get a hot water . I had my tea bag and a cup and Sugar . I just needed hot water to make a cup of tea and I couldn’t do that and the staff member male guy went in front of me to the staff kitchen and made himself a coffee or late while seeing me looking and asking for hot water and didn’t care to help. I even asked him to give me hot water from the staff kitchen and he refused.

Great location. Staff friendly. We were a family of four, in a 4 bed room. Two bunks. Spacious room, clean, airy, and quiet. Good shower and big private bathroom. Basic, but we were only in Brussels for two days and only in the rom to sleep.

NetherlandsUpon entering the room, I was immediately overwhelmed by a foul smell of sewage that permeated the entire space, making it unbearable to spend any significant time inside. To add to my distress, when I went to bed I discovered that the bed in the room was infested with bedbugs, making it impossible for me to rest or sleep. Fearing for my well-being and hygiene, I was left with no choice but to spend the night on the bathroom floor, which was the only marginally cleaner area available to me. Throughout the night, I attempted to contact the customer service multiple times, but to my frustration, there was no one available to address my concerns. The following morning, when I tried to file a complaint and express my concerns at the reception, I was met with dismissiveness. The receptionist refused to take my complaint seriously and stated that there was nothing he could do. I find it unacceptable that the situation was not taken seriously, and my right as a guest to be heard was ignored. As a customer, I had the right to expect a clean and hygienic accommodation, which unfortunately was not provided to me.
