Very gine reception, not very friendly app, many stairs and lift only one for relatively big hostel ...

Very old house in the center, it means sometimes + and also -, with art deco interror mostly in corridor. Beds has small curtain for emotionally and visual barrier from others, rooms relatively big but full of beds and mostly random and chaotic in numbers, toilets and shower in the room in form of small bathroom but really not very comfy and small. Reception has own app for users smith like "Goki" but not very friendly app. Breakfast and others staff is hard to say, not using f.e. luggage, laundry, kitchen ... but looks simple. Reception very small in corridor and hard to be there... Can't wait awesome, can't wait bad ..in the center ...

I did not like the pickpockets in the area near the hostel. My wallet was stolen right around the corner. also, even though the lockers were sufficiently large, they were also partially broken (although, in the end, secure).

The hostel was great, and the staff was very friendly. I appreciated the size of the rooms and the fact that both a small suitcase and backpack would fit in the lockers. The showers were also very modern and clean!

I went to Brussels to celebrate the new year. The staff was really friendly and respectful. A very polite guy at the reception let us pray (we're Muslims) at the hotel before our check-in. He even let us keep our bags there. I'd like to thank him. I enjoyed playing card games with my friends in the breakfast room. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right in the center and near all touristic places, shopping stores, and guided tours. i.e. 4 min from The Grand Place.

I had to pay three euro to let my suitcase in the luggage room. Moreover, the common room was not comfortable (no sofas, magazines nor TV,...)

The best about this place is the location (5 min or less to the Grand Place). They also have board games in the common room, which are nice if your travel with friends. Each room has it own bathroom.

I think it's very overpriced for what they offer, only the location is exceptional. I also didn't like how they made me pay three euros to leave my stuff there after I checked out.

The beds are assigned to you by the management system and the mattresses are not good. E.g. in a four beds bedroom with only 2 visitors, we were given a bunk bed. If this system was not in place, we could have choosed two down beds (first come - first serve basis) for better convenience and privacy. The room door opens with a mobile application and Bluetooth enabled. The app didn't work for me and it was troublesome, however the reception gave me a card key. There was not any hanger in the room, neither a table with chairs. You pay extra for breakfast while the price is already high and much higher than other hostel. Noise insulation is something to consider as well.

Located centrally at the most highlighted area. The bathroom is comfortable and renovated.

In 5 days only could use 3 times the lift. Always busy, or for 2 days did not work. You could hear everything from every single room. Inclusive, people having sex very loudly. The looker was very small. The room is big enough to replace it for big ones. A person has done a check in 1:30 am, I think is not a great time to allow someone to do the check in when everybody is sleeping. The rest was alright. I would recommend it.

The bed with the curtains give you privacy. The locations was amazing. Just in the heart of everything. Walking distance from train station and sightseeing. I would recommend it 100%.
