The mattresses are in terrible shape, zero comfortable, the usb outlets to charge phones at the beds don’t work, and the bald receptionist was really rude when doing check-in. He was not even at reception and there were several people waiting, so I had to go up and find someone.

I was put in the wrong room, I booked a 4 person room but got a 5 person room. The rooms are very narrow and noisy. The bed linen smelled. The carpet on the floor was extremely dirty. The elevator in the building was very slow. There was no place to hang out. My worst hostel experience. It was impossible to look out the window, it was like being in a doghouse.

One of the receptionist was rude, told me that there were no available towels. Later, told me they were available now but they had a 3€ cost (?).

Everything great! Thankfully I had great roommates. The rooms were clean and had a good air entrance ( big window). The perfect location as a solo traveller who wants to meet the city without using public transports. Brussels is a walkable city!!

A bit pricey for a dorm bed

No rules about noise reduction. It really need to be implemented. Honestly, bed with this price and 5 other old, yelling women and complete lack of respect nation (🇪🇸) in the room…. Do yourself a favor paying a bit more and don’t stay here.

The rooms are super small (no space to open your luggage 😬) and beds have shaky metall frames and crunchy plastic mattresses. Hallways were constantly covered in piles of dirty bedding and cleaning carts, the carpet was bleach stained and dirty. The luggage room was not on a floor with an elevator so you have to lug your bags up and down the stairs to use it and pay extra for that.. Fortunately I hardly spent any time in the room. But the location is great and the staff were super nice and helpful! The app to open your room is also really useful.

We were very happily surprised! This place was fantastic. The capsules are cozy and very comfortable. The building has so much character and is tastefully decorated. I was expecting a hostel vibe. It is so much better. The staff were great, but especially Maza who made us feel like we were in a five-star hotel. Great location too. The bathrooms, while being shared, are luxurious and you get your own bathrobe! One hundred percent we would stay there again.

Other people in the dorm were sometimes noisy and awoke everyone else, one night by entering at 2 am, the other night by snoring really strongly. A reminder from the staff of the awaited behavior could be handy.

Very thin walls with people yelling at 3am. The street is busy too but the outside noise is fine. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Not clean & very unhygienic. Dirty floors, stained floors, tablet under the bed, cracked walls, broken radiator. Can hear the floor above from the room. Maintenance works being completed started at 7.30am, not informed of these.
