There’s no elevator and the stairs are kind of steep and windy which makes it difficult to move luggage up and down. Walls are on the thinner side so you can usually hear people coming up and down the stairs and the WiFi didn’t work at all and we stayed on the top floor.

It was in a great location right next to a metro station which made it very easy to get into the city Centre. Very big bathroom with good water pressure. There’s two sinks and towels are provided which was nice plus there’s a window in the bathroom for better ventilation.

I didn't really like the neighbourhood.

The rooms were nice, beds were comfy and it was clean. There is a nice common area with a pooltable and some games but when I was there no one was in the common area. It is just 20 minutes away by bus or metro to the centre.

Our room wasn’t clean enough (there were stains on bedside tables) and bathroom also wasn’t very clean, but I guess that’s understandable when many guests are using it. The walls were quite thin so you can hear all the noises. Also the staff wasn’t present, so you have to call the owner to get your room code.

The location was very good, close to a metro and a tram station. Each room had a 4-digits code to get inside instead of a key. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet on each floor. The kitchen was very well equipped, I recommend preparing meals there.

It wasn’t problem for us, but some rooms are in fourth floor, so you should consider, will you claim in. You have to have your own towels.

The smoking smell lingering in the room. You could hear the neighbouring guests and depending on your fellow guests, they could be very noisy. Also it could use some more dust cleaning on the furniture. Bathroom was great. The toilet right next to it had no running water and there was cigarette ash in the sink.

Location is great, within 3 mins walking distance of the metro station. Within 15 mins in the city centre of Brussels. Funny American style decoration. Spacious room. Host is very friendly.

- We've never met our host during the stay, we only communicated via phone or booking.com, he always replied late to my questions - The room wasn't so clean, there was a rotten tangerine on the floor - The 200 euro deposit is really high compared to the equippements in the room, and I had to transfer it in advance, I hope I get it back soon

I really liked the style of the rooms, the kitchen was well equipped. Overall it was nice and comfortable ideal for 4 people groups.

The walls are thin like paper, you can hear absolutely everything. The kitchen was messy and not organized at all, the kettle was dirty.

Nice hostel, the room was very spacious and the bathroom as well. there is one bathroom per one floor and on the floor there is 2 rooms - we were lucky and noone was in the other room, so we had the bathroom for ourselves. Overall comfortable.

Wi-fi signal was terrible, toilet was not locking properly and I think it would be interesting to have some curtains in the bathroom.

It was a quite big bedroom. Well localised, it was easy to move around the city from PROCESSION.

- a bit far from the center - the room and bathroom door knobs were loose and difficult to use. - the bathroom (shared with other room) has a crystal door to the corridor, so there is no full privacy in there. - host girl doesn’t speak English at all, so it’s a bit difficult to communicate. - no towels at all.

the bathrooms where not super clean and I’m not sure where the cleaning products were. having the products in the bathroom directly (mop, sponge, etc) would be nice. The toilet paper also ran out but we did find a pack in the kitchen to use for refill.

loved the hands off approach, you don’t need to check in, the key is on the door and leaving the key on the door on the way back was super convenient. feels like a shared house which is quite nice. the kitchen is also fully equipped which is great and the location right next to the metro was perfect

The stairs is too steep. A bit inconvenient check-in as we need to call the owner to get the door password. It would be great if the hostel could send the check-in password through booking.com message

1. The stairs were too narrow and steep which was not mentioned when we booked the room. An elderly person had difficulty climbing it. 2. The rooms were dirty with dirty furniture, the heating was not working halfway, the water was not passing in the drain in the bathroom and there was mold gowing. They only provided 2 toilet papers for 3 days for 4 persons 3. The rooms and the bathroom was old and barely holding together. 4. The rectangular "sofa" that was in the room was unacceptably dirty as it is in the foto
