Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

MexicoThe attention at the desk and maybe the cleanliness.
The bed was comfortable, the location is convenient if your train departs from the Brussels North Station. There are also some shops and food options close by.

United Arab EmiratesFew: 1- Food is continental but it should be changed every two to three days, I stayed 8 nights same breakfast, I personally like the food and my family as well but change every at least two days will add value to spend money in breakfast 2- if you go out from hotel take right, the left side where is the north station I don’t recommend this area at all, it is not safe area to walk or visit especially after 8 PM in summer. 3- Water should be provided in the room rather than Receiption especially if you have children and water will finish even I bought a lot from outside but sometimes my children they want at mid night and I don’t have so we need to visit the reception to have some water. These only positive criticism I like the people and design of the loft room (suit) which I booked Thanks a lot !!!
I am to make special thanks to Mr. Hakeem, Mr. Roy and also Mr. Tim They are very friendly and professional in the treatment. The Suite we I stayed was awesome and they brought for my children a baby cot which my children they liked the Rogeir metro is very closed to the hotel, C&A and Primark, I like these locations including the grand place. Thanks for all who helped me in the hotel, it was so polite and i recommend who have family to stay there!!

NetherlandsThe room cleanliness was not the greatest. The shower curtain had stain marks on it and the carpet in the room was also a bit stained.
The location is great and perfectly situated in proximity to public transport and the city center. Breakfast was good. The loft room that we stayed in was very spacious.

SerbiaIt was impossible to arrange for a gluten free breakfast with kitchen staff (breakfast room attendant), despite a promise that it would be made available. This is unacceptable for a hotel that supposedly caters to the needs of people coming for short-term work related visits. I was offered a breakfast consisting of bread only, as no guarantee (or allergen info at all) could be provided for any of the other foods served. Any facility of this type should at least train some staff members on the matters of special dietary requirements. Misleading people that they will get a breakfast and then depriving them of that possibility on a very busy work day is not OK at all.
Most of the staff - everyone at the reception desk - are very nice and helpful. Room is adequate for a work short-term stay. Meeting facilities are comfortable and appropriate for smaller conferences/meetings.

AustriaThe hotel it part of a 3 hotels group at the same location. Progress has the best and most expensive rooms, breakfast is in a shared room with the guests from these hotels which is not big. This means that the room can be quite packed, in addition, staff is not able to clean up tables in time. The quality of food is very mediocre.
Rooms are ok and relatively clean. For me location was just perfect. Walking distance to train stations and the offices in Covent Garden building.

SerbiaBreakfast could have been a little bit better for 15 euros per day. But it was ok in general, the taste was good, but it could have been a bit more diversified, and refilled more frequently.
The staff is very nice and eager to help. The location is very good. It is wheelchair accessible so my recommendation to people with dissabillities.

GreeceThe room were not ready at 15:00 for check in and in the reception they could not give us a valid reason just asked to wait. There was other people waiting for their room also and were getting nervous. They could not manage the arrivals and the loads of tourists. There is a common reception with other two hotels and the staff tries its best but the rooms they have to handle are many.
Very good location, next to subway and walking distance from the city center. Clean and spacious rooms, good facilities, comfy beds and brand new equipment, walls soundproof and good breakfast with good coffee. Staff helpful and kind. You should try it for Brussels city center! They allowed me for a late checkout (+1 hour) with no extra charge.

PortugalI did not like three small things: 1- they never answer your messages in the booking app. I had to search for their email address (but they answer fast from that email address). 2- after I requested the late check out and talked about that at least 4 times with 4 different staff, they called my room at 12 pm to inform me of check out...interrupting my business meeting. 3- breakfast is ok, but not great. But these are all very small things, everything was great and very nice for the price.
Internet was really good. Staff was really super nice. I needed a late check out because I had a business meeting during lunch and they did not charge me any extra, even though that service is tabled. Location is great, right in front of the bus stop of the bus that comes from airport. The walk from the hotel to the city center and etc, is very nice, and fast.
