Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI can’t think of anything I didn’t like about this hotel
I like the fact that the hotel was very close to the station and the guy at the reception was very nice, he even upgraded our room from classic to superior at no extra cost, everything about the room was exceptional, the hotel was very modern and clean, comfortable bed, and the complimentary wi fi was a bonus, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, good value for money, excellent service, friendly staff. I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again 👍

United KingdomCan’t complain about anything inside the hotel. But outside there was always police around and the neighbourhood, although convenient as so close to the train station, did not feel safe especially in the evenings. But that is not the hotels fault.
The bed was extremely comfort and huge! We loved the corner seating area and the fact that the socket was right next to the seat at a decent height. Very accessible while chilling on the sofa. The bathroom was spacious and had a great waterfall shower.

United KingdomThe room was very small for the price €163. It was a cubicle. And I hated that I stayed there.
The breakfast was rubbish, absolutely not fresh at all. The fruit had been done since either yesterday or a day before.. it was never fresh, the chef was unhappy and moody. The egg he fried for me was nonsense I had to check out and buy breakfast elsewhere. The ambience is nice and clean.

United KingdomThe hotel is superb but you just need to watch your valuables in the area around - it feels quite edgy.
Amazingly quiet given it is right by the railway tracks. We hardly heard a thing, so peaceful. The bed was super comfy and it was so handy for Eurostar and train connections. Whilst it is a fairly standard chain hotel everything is nicely done with attention to detail. It was a relaxing end to our trip knowing we could step out the door and be at Eurostar check in within 5 mins. The staff are friendly. We went to the Sunday market in the underpass - fruit, veg and clothes stacked high.

United KingdomMy brief stay at the Pullman Brussels reinforces why I dislike hotel chains so much yet having, said that I did experience a wonderfully hospitality reception & stay in a lovely hotel chain in Denmark a few day's earlier.
Where can I start? Having pre booked 1 night's accommodation well in advance I was shocked & quite deeply disturbed at one particular member of staff in general(Caucasian male)attitude and behaviour towards myself(mature British born solo traveller) as I made my way to my room for the night. He was definitely on a driven "ego boost power trip" as he abruptly refused to let myself take the guest stair case up towards my room & guided myself towards the fire exit staircase(I was too sleep deprived to stand up & assert myself so politely obey his stern instructions) yet it did deeply upset me. The room was no better as there was a deep unpleasant stench odour of the last guest(I am particularly sensitive to smells of every kind) and also what looked like damage to the carpet, mirror too. They also took a further unauthorised charge despite pre payment via booking in advance which was not deposited back to me as promised.

United KingdomWhen I walked in around 23.15, totally exhausted after a travel day gone wrong with delays to get a room for the night as I missed the last Eurostar train, there were 2 people at the front desk that night I saw: 1 with beard and a clean shaven asian looking man. The latter told me that the Pullman was fully booked that night and sent me back out into the pitch dark to the world of criminals and drug addicts only for me to return 10min later as a friend on the phone got me an online reservation, with wich I got accommodation in a supposedly 'fully booked' house. This kind of behaviour is despicable and I do not have any comprehension of neither how this kind of people can get a job presenting your hotel, nor what kind of company policy could be behind that. Either way, definitely to be avoided in future and mentioned online in social media and trip advisors. Kind regards.

Hong Kong1. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the spaghetti Bolognese I ordered was only in room temperature instead of hot. 2. Breakfast choice and quality is not up to my expectation as a four star hotel. 3. If I stay in Brussels for more days (I stay in Brussels for one night only this time), I will definitely choose hotels in the city centre where there are more good restaurants to choose from.
Great location as it is located within the train station.
