FinlandI couldn't open the window, cause it was part of the wall. I could hear the train by night while sleeping. From the heater/ air conditioning, was coming blue light that disturb while trying to get to sleep, cause you can't get the whole room dark. The staff was not greeting when they see or meet you, wether in the reception or cleaning staff. The breakfast 2 waiters women were not efficient and professional, they definitely need a lot of training.

GermanyI went down for breakfast after my first night and was accosted by a member of staff who in front of the entire restaurant and in a very loud voice informed me that I needed to move so that a family of six could use my table. Of course I had no issue with allowing a family of 6 to use my table and was quite happy to move to another. what I do take offence to is being spoken to in a very loud voice in the presence of the restaurant and having people glare at me whilst I interpret what is being asked of me. I had woken up in a very pleasant mood however having suffered this experience at the hands of a waiter (Alex) who is clearly inexperienced in hospitality; I found myself distressed and not at all happy. this is not the kind of treatment I expect a Pullman Hotel; to be frank I was disgusted with my treatment and this will impact and if future stays that I have at this chain of hotels. Ultimately this is some of the worst treatment I have received or witnessed!
A great hotel with exactly what it offers and one of the most amazing beds I’ve had the pleasure of sleeping in recently when travelling. The shower is also phenomenal.

United KingdomThe 'desk' was a very oddly shaped table with no real chair - I didn't need to do any work this time, but it wouldn't have been possible. Also a real coffee machine (filter or pod) would have been much nicer than a kettle and a (single) sachet of nescafe grounds!

AustraliaStrangest experience at hotel especially a branded hotel like Pullman. No air conditioning or fan worked inside the room but no one mentioned this on check in. A kind staff member lent us a fan as they must have known what the night ahead would be like. Barely slept a wink trying to look after a small child, the room was like a sauna and no windows opened. Night staff did not want to help. Room service spaghetti bolognese was spaghetti with pieces of mince and no sauce. Reception staff on check out were helpful and refunded dinner but really the whole room price should have been returned.
Location to the train station and wheelchair access bathroom was quite new.
