BelgiumGenerally, we do not have any complaints with the property. If we have to nitpick, the carpets on our floor could have been cleaner -- they smelled a little funky. The toiletry bottles were a little tricky to operate at times -- it may be nice to check the bottles and the stock during regular cleaning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for us.
It was a really nice experience for us at Radisson Blu Hasselt. We booked an early check-in, but forgot to mention our bed preferences online. When we found our allocated room to be twin-bed, the reception was extremely efficient in upgrading our room (at a nominal cost) to one with a king bed. The location is excellent -- within 5 minutes from the city center and a cluster of finest restaurants in Hasselt, and between two bus stops (within 8 minutes walking distance) on the inner ring. The room was really comfortable, clean and well maintained. We tried the buffet breakfast one of the days -- it was a decent spread. We tried the rooftop bar one of the nights -- it had a nice view and decent cocktail options.
