Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI thought I had booked for only one person and the price seems to be the same weather you are alone of in a couple , which doesn't seem fair.

PortugalNo plug in the desk, which is unhelpful if you need to work. Breakfast was OK but not extensive, could benefit from more fruit options. My wife could not find an expensive cream when she came back from the city, she suspected it could have been snatched by housekeeping services.
Large room and large beds. Very good neighbourhood, nice cafés and wide availability of supermarkets and pharmacies.

GermanyThe pillows. One was too high and one too low for our taste. The bathroom floor could be cleaner.
The hotel looks nice and it is convenient that there is a small shop inside, so you can buy some snacks or toiletry. The bedroom looked nice and our beds were very comfortable

GreeceA bit more attention to details when it comes to cleaning would make this an excellent hotel. Also would love room service. Limited lighting in the room , made it feel dark at times.
Great location right next to EU Parliament building, Luxembourg square, fun decorations, felt safe at all times , very comfortable beds , spacious rooms. Good selection at breakfast. Quick check in and check out . Would definitely recommend and book again.

United Arab EmiratesThe hotel doesn't have room service and the buffet breakfast options are very limited. However, it wasn't a deal-breaker and we would surely book here again if visiting the city.
The room was clean and spacious. Decent facilities at the hotel. Wonderful staff, esp Nathan. He helped with our late check-out request and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and a smooth checkout experience. The location was central, with a covered parking area right across the road.

Simple and quick check in process. The room had a huge desk to lay the laptop and material needed to do real work. Very spacious bathroom and super nice bed. Nice and relatively quiet location with enough choices for food and drink without the need to be lost in crowds of tourists.

Switzerland- Impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom (shower screen too short). - Bedroom (or anteroom) doors make a lot of noise when they close - The restaurant menu is too limited
- Helpful staff. - Ideally located when you visit EU institutions and a stone throw away from the Luxemburg railway station. - Big and nice room (with a table to work on)

SwitzerlandThe overwhelming red décor felt jarring&2 aggressive,&restaurant ads on the room door added a budget commercial vibe. The bathroom was a masterclass in impracticality:toilet in the same room, wasted space where shelves could fit,a hairdryer playing hide-&-seek in the bedroom wardrobe(stashed like contraband in a black drawer within a black bag),&mirror lighting so bad I couldn’t tell if I was applying makeup or creating new shadow puppets under my eyes.Ventilation was more a rumour than a reality,&the glass door’s gaps meant personal space was an illusion. The toilet's low seat&even lower paper holder seemed engineered for toddlers. The partial"protection"screen&bad showerhead holder position(or lack thereof)turned the floor into a mini-water park,& with no handle for support climbing the high tub,it's risky if you’re older, pregnant,or generally enjoy not slipping! And no place for clothes, just 1 hook lurking behind a corner of the tub holding one towel(despite many needing another for hair)for those who can reach it. Meanwhile, few USB ports had given up on life. The full-length mirror inside the wardrobe faced the windows, meaning your reflection was either cloaked in shadows or staring into dimness. The oversized bench at the bed’s foot took up real estate but offered no storage.Oddly, the fridge&coffee machine were inside a wardrobe, which was pitch-black&felt like rummaging in a crypt. Arriving by car was an adventure - no pre-warning that parking was unavailable(despite informing beforehand),so I spent quality time in the cold, wet, windy night, dragging luggage from a distant street spot alone. The garage entrance was about as visible as a secret passage,& with no drop-off spot,I had to"illegally"pause nearby just to figure things out.
Check-in was a self-service affair via a PC at the entrance, so no traditional reception desk, but staff were still around, ready to swoop in if technology betrayed you. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which is what truly matters. The sheets and covers were crisp yet soft and impeccably clean. The mattress was medium-soft, providing just the right balance - firm enough to support, soft enough to cuddle into, & most importantly, not one of those bouncy nightmares that send you flying & wreck your back. Even the pillows played their part perfectly. It's a dog-friendly hotel, but you’d never know it—everything was spotless, & not a single woof interrupted the peace. The hotel had a modern aesthetic feel, with a few game tables available for those who want to play table football or pool (because nothing says “relaxing stay” like intense competition over a tiny ball lol I joke, but I do appreciate it).
