As a bed and breakfast accommodation reception facilities are only available at certain times. I could not find a place to hang my clothes, except on the back of a chair. There was no separate bathroom. The bath is in the sleeping room. The property is located near the rail station, but a good walk from the town centre.

A quiet and clean room. A good breakfast. The owner was available to let me in at the agreed time and supplied local information.

Linda was a gracious host and the property was neat and tidy. We had a family room with three children and she had made up the sofa beds already for sleep when we arrived knowing we would need them. The room had a lovely balcony. The breakfast made by Linda was delicious. The location is about a 30 minute walk to the tourist spots at Gravensteen and St. Michael's Bridge, it is straightforward to navigate. Also close to the train station. Everything went smoothly with check in and check out and we enjoyed stay.

I prefer a firmer mattress but I slept fine anyway...

Breakfast was all that we wanted and served at 08:00. Location is good, just about a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Car parking in Sint-Pietersplein is easy to find and 10 mins walk away. The room was quiet and at a steady temperature despite the warmth outside.

Linda was a lovely host, very welcoming and we had a lovely breakfast that she provided. location was excellent, close to the town centre (30 min walk) and close to the park which had a playground. room was big and spacious.

I had a heavy luggage which was impossible to bring to my room, two floors up. So I had to leave it downstairs, which was inconvenient. Poor wifi connection from my room. Couldn't use it either from my mobile or from my laptop.

Cosy atmosphere. Felt like home. Friendly and helpful owner. There were a lot of necessary facilities in the room. Nice kitchen/ dining room where we had breakfast, with a view to a wonderful pond. Calm and quiet.

Can’t find something to say. The property was perfect for what we needed.

The location was excellent, an enjoyable walk to the historic centre and very close to the museums and park. We were driving into Ghent from the motorway and the place was very easy to find. Easy parking metres away from the property. Our room was clean and quiet. The building has been kept well and has lots of character, high ceilings and an amazing biodiverse garden at the back. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. The host was very pleasant, easy to communicate with, was very responsive when we messaged some questions ahead of our stay. A positive and warm experience overall.

The room is too small, and there is no proper barrier for the shower room and the kitchen. Besides that, we could clearly hear someone upstairs walking at midnight and the fire engine or police cars alarming at night. the insulation needs further improving.

Linda our host was lovely. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was down a few steps, this was no problem. The bathroom itself was very nice with a big bath with jacuzzi style bubbles. All very clean. A lovely continental breakfast was provided which set us up for the day. Easy 15/20 minute walk along the canal to the historic centre which is very beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

If stairs are a problem for you, there were some stairs to navigate to get to the rooms.

The hostess was so very kind and informative. Breakfast was delish. It was nice to have both tea and a fridge in the room. Great location near enough the city to be convenient but w/o noise and traffic. Bus stops were very near.

The stairs. This was not a secret, so this is not a complaint but more of a warning for people who have difficulties climbing (or going down) the stairs. As the B&B is in a typical Belgian house, the stairs are very steep with shallow steps.

I book the room for my parents. They liked it very much. The bed was very comfy and thick. The host was very friendly. She prepared a delicious breakfast with many choices (e.g. coffee, tea, eggs, salami, cheese, jams, spreads, pastries...). The building is a charming old house, but renovated, with modern bathrooms. Everything was clean.
