Even on the top floor, we could hear the music from the bar until half one. I think earplugs may be available at the reception but no one told us

The check out time at 10:00 is a bit early for us. We would have even paid extra for a later check out but it was not possible.

The location of the hotel is excellent - it's quite central yet not in the middle of the most tourty part of Brugge. We arrived by car and the receptionist directed us to a nearby free parking location for which we were really grateful. The 24h reception was really nice since we arrived quite late.

Just one hairdryer at the reception that you can borrow for who knows how many people. I couldn't wash my hair because of this. Also, they always ran out of forks during breakfast.

The blonde (I think Irish?) man at the reception-- can't remember his name-- was SUPER friendly and helpful. Loved him. Also, the bar downstairs is great & they have a lot of happy hours.

The doors and windows are very light, which leads to a lot of outside noise. The first night there was a party in the adjacent building and we could hear everything. The room was clean but it was smelling each time we came from outside. Once inside, you get used to it and dont notice. Though not a big issue, but the ensuite washroom was a bit small. Felt like a flight toilet with a shower. A shower curtain can help which was absent, leading to a wet toilet after bathing.

The staff was very jolly and courteous. Nice bar with so many beer options and cheap alcohol :) Spacious room. We were surprisingly upgraded to an ensuite double room. Location is good. A bit away from the center, but very quiet. Close to beautiful parks and a canal, and a few night restaurants. The breakfast was nice for the 5 Euro cost.

if you are checking in around 3pm, when they are changing shifts, you might have to wait quite awhile to complete your checkin.

the bed is spacious. loves the privacy with the curtains. they have three buildings and i stayed in building 113 (8 bed female) which is wonderful because there are a lot of toilets and no stairs climbing. the staffs at the reception are wonderful for any enquiries yiu have. luggage storage is 2€ for 24h, cheaper than the station locker.

The bathroom was very small, even smaller than an in-flight bathroom. It was almost impossible to shower or use the toilet without getting your clothes wet.

The location is very good, the city center is at a walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and also spacious enough.

Nice spot, a little bit of a walk to get to the hotspots but a nice spot if you don’t mind a 15min walk. Just down the road is a nice grassed area you can sit by the canal and windmill.

The pillow was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed is badly designed for where the electrics are situated. The push doors are very sticky and could do with a clean. The pub downstairs is cool but got very very rowdy and the sound carries easily into the rooms.

Location is great, not a far walk from the centre and rhe bus to the station is closeby. Lovely staff, the reception area is nice to sit in and have a drink.

Quite an unpleasant experience. Other guests misbehaving, toilets in disgusting state, dirty rooms, broken lockers, window no working (unable to close), quite q bad experience overall.

Everything you would want from a hostel. Nice clean room, extremely comfortable. The staff were particularly accomodating, and the common area was brilliant. We found it very affordable, with well priced food and alcohol and great location. Thanks!

We had a few problems with our reservation because we couldn’t make it on the day we were supposed to, but the staff was outstanding, so kind and solved everything, we met so many nice people the ambience it’s amazing downstairs in the bar was so fun and upstairs in the room so quiet and nice to sleep in and relax, the facilities are really clean and functional, location was great you can walk everywhere in town.

Pooooooor sound insulation. I can hear the big sound of neighbors. In addstion, the downstairs is a bar, which is terrible for guys who want a good sleep to rest. Moreover, at evening, I hear some guys talk aloud in the corridor, and open and close the door loudly again and again until about 4:00 am.
