Private room was spacious and on top floor so quiet. The bar below has a great selection on beers with decent prices . Jack's IPA was lovely

The room was very clean, comfortable and well heated. The staff is lovely and the bar downstairs is an absolut charm. The location is also perfect, walking distance from the main attractions but away from the tourist traffic. There are restaurants and a good supermarket on the same street as well as charming vintage/second hand clothes shops. Will stay here again on my next visit to Bruges !

There were no clean sheets and no double blanket even though the bed was double.As we were informed only the mattress cover was changed, which is not as sanitary as possible since you get directly in touch with the mattress. Also there were was no soap and shampoo on the toilet. The only access to washing material was through the shower were the dispenser was located.

Location was excellent, everything was within walking distance. Room was adequate and the personnel were kind.

i had an issue with my booking as it was cancelled by the site due to some system issue. however, it was resolved by the staff before my check out and refunded my money as I paid twice.

The room and bathrooms are in Bad condition and very dirty. My room 201 must have been located just above the pub. And sadly I couldn't get asleep as long as the karaoke show (from which I heard shoutings during any single minute) was lasting..01:00 am in the morning, unfortunately the bar must have been opened for another 2 hours afterwards, as the shouts of a wild party didn't stop.

At first sight, the pub looks pretty welcoming, but this is it.

There was no hair dryer. Either locks on the doors didn't work properly, or the cards were not set properly. It was extremely hard getting in the room/hostel. Also, toilets needed a good clean.

The hostel is really young-people oriented. The location was really nice as well. Each bed has seems like your own little pid with the curtain. So you have privacy.

We reached very late at night and the place was quite far from the bus stop to walk or to keep luggages and come back when leaving.

Place got a small pantry if you wanna cook and also a living area. Good for a group if you can book the whole apartment for yourselves. Theres a small pub/cafe downstairs to chill.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and the bar had a really welcoming vibe. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom facilities were clean. I stayed in the women's only dorm and had a very nice peaceful rest.

The room smell and some of the staff were not friendly. One staff, a girl is Spanish I did speak Spanish to her and she kept replying to me in English which I couldn't understand why she did that when we speak the same language and it should be welcoming to any person around the world. And other guy from the bar, was kinda rude to me a couple of times.. I didnt appreciate his attitude at all.

The pub downstairs is good and the manager was kind to change me to a private room.

The room was pretty cold. We kindly asked the staff to turn on the heater, but hey refused as it was not cold enough those days. They offered us extra covers, but it was not enough. There were no towels waiting for us in the room. Poor WiFi connection

Good location Friendly staff that made pizza for us at 1am, as every restaurant around was closed before 11pm

It was filthy dirty. Bed sheets hadn’t been washed and the room had an awful smell. There was dirt on the walls and the carpet was sticky.
