We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumThe cottage was ok,really nice,but the staff not or booking,because we have booked for 12 persons to go together to celebrate the new year and we received 2 cottages,till here was not a problem but at 1kilometer and 300 m far from each other so for 2500 euro the have ruined our vacation to celebrate together,at least 300 m far but was to much,when somebody is coming from another country to celebrate with you and is not with you anyway is not funny. The stuff said only that they are sorry and that’s it,the computer select the cottages😳and they were a lot free,but they didn’t wanted to give us close to each other,so not friendly at all. If you want to go in groups you have to know that you will not reveive the cottages close to each other. Never again there for shure!

NetherlandsThe beds were uncomfortable and saggy. The bedroom was very warm and small. The town of Vielsam is nothing to write home about.
Location in the nature is great. The hills around the park and on the property are nice for an evening stroll. The swimming pool is good size.
