We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIf there was a point to raise it is that in the fridge there was only one bottle of still waterl left in the fridge whereas we were a couple and would have preferred two bottles to be left each day.
The room was spacious and clean. The shower was excellent. Every member of the staff gave an excellent service.

Everything. The location is amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was small which we expected as we booked the cheapest room type and it’s an old building. But it was so comfortable and the bathroom was a fantastic size and not cramped at all. The bar was fab too. It’s only about. 7 min walk to centraal station and about 3 mins walk to royal gallery saint hubert and grand place. The area felt really safe and we had no issues walking around at night.

IrelandThe view from my room overlooked a building and so barely any daylight got into the room. This was OK in so far as I didnt spend much time in the room, but I'd have liked a better view.
Staff were very helpful as always and very accommodating to any requests. The hotel is in a fantastic location, nearby anything you might wish to see and easy to reach from the airport.

CanadaThe whole dining and bar area was confusing - with limited food availability in the more casual sitting areas, even though everything appeared to be part of the same lovely restaurant/lounge, with three indoor sections and two outdoors.
Room was comfortable with thoughtful touches. I did not have the expensive breakfast but went out to cafes instead. The location, next to the opera house and close to the Grand Plaza, was excellent.

The gym area is nicely done, not much in the way of free weights but couple of running machines and bikes. The sauna steam room area is lovely. We always try and stay here when in Brussels, extremely central but also a quiet haven.
