We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaWe booked 4 rooms and asked to be close but they put 2 on one floor, 2 on other floor and neither close and you can't go at other floors without propper key card so we met our family only at the reception.
Big clean rooms. Very nice staff and facilities. Good and diverse breakfast, a lot to choose from. Metro very close, parliament also close. Safe neighborhood, not many restaurants close by but the hotel has a restaurant where you can eat something ( a little expensive and just a few to choose from but delicious)

GermanyI had a falafel salad at the hotel restaurant for lunch that I was well below average. Service is good however otherwise my entire week long stay was comfortable and super well received. There could have been hot tub and that would have made it perfect.
Rooms were nice and cozy, staff were friendly and accommodated for small requests. They're a more green and sustainable hotel so if you don't want housekeeping, they actually don't even enter your room (giving you a discount at the bar). I did request a firmer mattress and no hotel so far has been able to provide this in the 3 star to 4 star range. Hopefully in the future that changes and the hotels some backup mattresses available for customers with lower back issues. The breakfasts are quite the spread, lots of options and very filling! Nothing like a hearty meal before getting on with your busy day.

United StatesThe location was great for the business we had to conduct, but a little less central for tourism purposes. Not a huge negative at all, as it was closer to EU-related sites and many green spaces. No separate kettle and so we had to run tons of water through the coffee maker in order to brew tea.
Spacious room with great view to courtyard. Many sustainability initiatives. There’s a mini-fridge and tea/coffee service in the room, as well as access to a microwave in the crew room. I truly felt like the staff wanted to help us enjoy our stay. Rental umbrellas are available. From our room we could see the rooftop garden, including the beehives, being tended. Foregoing housekeeping gave us the option for a coupon we could use towards a snack or donate to one of the causes the hotel supports!

IrelandThe hotel is great but I actually did not need that much. Could have been up to me to go somewhere else but we took what we could and location was important for work. Maybe more lower price range option could be great.
I felt good in the room and the hotel facility. I did not use much of its services, as I came for work and just used the hotel to sleep and work a bit in my room. The staff at the welcome desk was very helpful and nice.

I arrived early and the girl, Rosalind (I think), was extremely helpful and arranged a room early for me, so I could get a shower and sleep after 25 hours of travelling. Very modern hotel for business people. The only negative thing, the free WiFi was sooo slow.
