It was clean, the bedroom was spacious, the beds were comfortable, we loved the fridge, it’s a great idea having the toilet separate to the shower room, it was located right beside the metro station, the green coin was very welcome, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing more. It's not a huge issue of course.

I liked especially the location of the hotel, in the EU quarter, it's very well connected with trains and metros and it's easy to access the center while at the same time the neighbourhood seems very safe - which is not always the case in Brussels. The hotel was very calm and quiet, the staff was nice and non intrusive which is also not the case everywhere.

room,was perfect ( double bed and xtra bed for our child), quiet and on perfect location. breakfast was buffet with a range of choices like rarely seen. lovely staff at reception and parking space allowing my california campervan to fit ( 2m high) will definitly recommend.

We requested two single beds but they provided the beds as one bed. We didn't receive any notification in advance saying that they couldn't provide the beds. The lady's desk told us that they didn't have more options. When a member of the staff came to fix a phone we asked him to help us and he moved the beds. So we had two separated single beds.

It was spotless. I loved the beds and the toilet with a nice shower.

We booked a twin room with 2 separate single beds as advertised on booking.com, but what we got was 2 single beds pushed together as you would have a double/king size with 2 single duvets. It’s not beds we could have separated because it had 1 big headboard.

Modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. Thor hotel EU is located to many attractions which are walking distance. The Metro is approximately 7 minutes walk to the hotel which is 6 stops direct from Eurostar station.

The location suited us, we specifically chose the hotel for its proximity for the Brussel 20km run. But it is not in a tourist area and bars and restaurants are scarce - especially over the weekend. However there are 2 metros within walking distance.

Our room was large room and was beautifully decorated and furnished. The armchairs, desk, nespresso machine (and kettle) and the mini fridge (with bottled water) were so useful, it was great! The bathroom was a good size and the shower was enormous. The bathroom toiletries were fabulous. All staff were very accommodating and helpful.

No sleepers are provided in the room, you get them only if you ask. No big variety of restaurants or terraces around

Room was clean, very quiet because of the double window layers. Complimentary water. Hotel is located in the business area, close to the European Commission and park du Cinquantenaire
