Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PolandMinor things: we literally had no view frim the window and I didn't mind but it was a proper 20-25 minutes walk to city centre.
Everytjing was great, the room was exceptionally spacious, we were 3 and had a space to relax in armchairs and drink tea and it was great. Beds were very comfortable and or was warm in the room. Haven't eaten breakfast her so can't comment. The bathroom was standard, too dark for me, but clean and with a lot of toiletries.

Great room and modern bathroom facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning definitely recommend adding to your booking. Easily accessible into the city centre with subway links around.

SwitzerlandBeds are not inclusive of certain body types. No hair conditionner is provided and flow of water is unsuitable for long hair. We suggest quality revision for some dinner dishes. Most staff were pleasant and helpful, while some surprised us in a negative way... We chose not to reflect this in our grading
The hotel is new, clean, classy and colorful. It is situated next to the metro and near important centers. Some streets away there is a bus going straight to the airport. Rooms are stylish and well cleaned. Water bottles, coffee and tea are provided everyday. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety

SerbiaOn 7th floor was stale air, and in room too, but less. It was intense, but not very strong. Opened windows didnt help. When we asked stuff, they told us it was about disinfectants, which I doubt it was about it. After 2 days, we used to the smell. They offered another room, which was correctly from them.
Very kind and professional staff. We were on 7th floor and it was very very quite. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The size of room and toilette are medium size, but enough big for comfortable living for a week or more. Cleanless in rooms are wonderfull. Rooms are warm. Hotel is 2km from city center and 100m from metro station.

The most convenient location, it is the center of Brussels, and within walking distance of the organizations, we had to visit. AustriaThe only issue I had was that the metro station right next to the hotel was a bit sketchy (on a sunday morning) and I didn't dare buy a ticket there (I am a woman traveling alone). The walk down into the city center takes only about 20 minutes.
Clean and very comfy bed. Typical business hotel. Great location for catching the train to the airport. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly.

Very clean, safe and comfortable - all of these seemed to be things you could guarantee for a prospective stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. For a short work-focused stay, would recommend.
