It would be great if there's a toaster in the apartment too. But this doesn't put us off from staying here again.

From booking to check in on the day, the process was simply and easy. The apartment was spacious and centrally located, walking distance to most of the attractions. Open plan kitchen is great for morning breakfast and if we decided to eat in at night, basic cooking ingredients were included (oil, salt and pepper). But there are loads of choices for dinning out in the immediate vicinity. The air con was a welcoming feature on a hot day too. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Our apartment was close to trams, trains and town. Very comfortable and nice inside, spacious, bathroom good. Though digital entry any questions via text were promptly answered. I liked that they had wifi down in 'reception' area, so I was able to contact staff to help when I couldn't use the pin code to get into our apartment.

The check-in process was a little bit of a hassle. Even though our room was shown as ready to check in, the code was not working. It took me around 15 minutes to contact the support team and get the new code. Also, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty; unfortunately, no one refilled them during our stay, even though we asked. I would also suggest changing some of the kitchen dishes; it looks like they've been under usage for a long time. And add more washing machines and dish machine tablets.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - our room was on the first floor with a nice view of the yard. While traveling with my mother, I asked to set up the second bed on the couch, and when we checked in, everything was ready. The room was spacious, with a nice kitchen and everything you needed to cook. The washing machine was also a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

Depending on the number, your room will be either in Frankrijklei or in Quellin building. At the beginning it may seem complicated to find the room however the sign in the elevator (I attached it here) can be helpful.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, spotless clean room, with all the necessary kitchen facilities (we even cooked twice). Both before and during our stay the staff was supportive and very responsive via Booking chat. The room was ready for check-in at 1pm. Free coffee and tea on the ground floor. Overall, would love to stay there again!

I cannot connect WiFi in my room, online staff is quick and good attitude, but cannot fix the problem. Anyway I have good signal if I go to the common area. Some bowls in the kitchen still oiled.

Fully equipped kitchen, spacious, laundry machine works well. Customer service on whatsapp is good, quick response. The free lockers are convenient and great help, you can keep your luggage there after checkout. Price is definitely reasonable, I would rather pay more to have more good service.

It was a bit hard to navigate our way to our room from the parking lot.

The location is nice, metro station right outside the building and the train station is a few minutes away while on foot. Everything is in close proximity.

Unfortunately my bathroom sink was blocked and the room needed a deep clean to rid of old dust in crevices and corners.

I previously stayed at the property a year ago and loved it. The hotel is very well located within working distance to shops, restaurants and the central station. The hotel has gone fully digital and while the app to communicate with staff is easy and efficient, it does make it just that much more hard to sort any issues out or ask any questions. My room was well equipped, the aircon is great (especially in summer) and the bed is very comfortable.

All clean, comfortable, check in really easy, in a good position, only 10 minutes on walking to the center and to the main train station. We had a small problem with the luggage lockers and by WhatsApp the staff fixed my problem in 2 minutes. Great experience

Lack of information was the main problem. not having someone to ask. We were there for two weeks and there was no information regarding recycling and garbage disposal. By the end of the first week we had accumulated quite a bit of garbage. Also because of internet problems we couldn't access the on-line manuals for the various appliances and we struggled to work the washing machine/dryer and the combined oven/microwave. For older people such as us the floor in the shower was very slippery, we ended up using the bat math in the shower. A non-slip rubber mat would have been good.

The studio was very well equipped with new, good quality appliances. It had everything we needed and was in a good location. We had no problem accessing the property although we did meet people who had a long wait to get into their accommodation. There is a Lidl right next door but a much better option is an OKAY supermarket in the next street and at the end of that street a CARREFOUR supermarket, both of which are nicer. The Panos bakery withing a few yards is great for bread and croissants and are open very early. the property is very near the Central Station and is located at the end of the Meier, Antwerp's main shopping street. It also has a Metro and tram stop very close.
