Value for money was not great, breakfast was poor and very basic. bad. Not great experience overall.

In a room for three: 2 robes, 2 pairs of slippers. Not a single glass and not a single bottle of water!!!! AND THIS IS 4 STARS??? OH NO!Toilet: water flows when flushed! The small sofa is completely torn and covered with a rag🙈 The sun loungers had very dirty mattresses! Dear administration, can we do something? 228 leva for 1 night and such comments. Looking forward to your feedback!

The hotel location is good! The pool is clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is normal. Fitness room is available. 1 waiter smiled....

We had a great two night stay here with our three kids. Beautiful pool, great restaurant and we had a massive room! The hotel is ideally located for hiking trips in the Vitosha National Park which is beautiful and only a ten minute bus ride. We did the Boyana Waterfall as 2.5 hour hike which was stunning. The staff were very helpful and even very kindly sent on something we’d forgotten to our next hotel by the Black Sea! Thank you!

The keys were quite uncomfortable to carry around due to the big plastic card attached to them.

Well located, being just a short taxi drive away from the airport and the city center. It is also well connected to the center by public transport. The pool was very nice and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The view of the Vitosha mountain was grat from our room. Pleasent breakfast with extended time range.The Location is in the side of Sofia city, but for people looking peacefull gems its excelent. The location is providing country comfort and calmness.The hotel has big parking lot and there is also open playground for childern right next to the hotel.

Gym was awful - stay away. Kitchen is not well attended and the breakfast was way below basic. Stay away from the coffee pot -

This is an anachronistic hotel architecture, which is worth a visit only to see the architectural choices of the crazy 90ies in Eastern Europe. Must have been a night club in its hey days (or still is). For a one-night stay, it did the trick (even with family)

During 3 nights stay there was no room cleaning at all. .For 4 people we've got three towels and asked for more At evening there was no hot water.

Worst breakfast I have ever experienced (the food was terrible) and I travel a lot. I was the only one there and the man came out and just stared at me, to the point of intimidating. I asked if he was going to keep staring at me and he said ‘yes’ very rudely. I asked if I could have an orange juice he huffed at me ‘ok’. It was so uncomfortable I took a bit of toast and boiled egg out to pool area. I didn’t bother with breakfast the second morning.

The pool was nice to spend a day at.
