Employees were very nice and friendly. All our requests were answered promptly and in a professional manner. Our stay was perfect. Cosy lobby with a big fireplace - perfect to share with friends and family.

The hotel is very well located, beautifully designed and very clean and the service is great. The room is spacious but the bathroom is very small. The breakfast is excellent and we had a delicious dinner too. The spa is nice, I think a warm hot tub or jacuzzi could have been wonderful after a long day skiing. The only criticism I have is that the massage my son had was plainly bad.

Wonderful hotel , helpful staff and very clean , super location close to everything and the breakfast is very good with a wide range on offer . I asked for my favourite poached eggs and it wasn’t a problem to deliver . The beds are really comfortable also and the leisure centre/ spa is great

The hotel is newly renovated, very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The SPA is well maintained, there's gym area and very large lobby. The breakfast is exceptional, with many varieties and options to choose from. The staff makes all the difference - always positive, welcoming and open to support you along your stay.

The pool gets a bit loud with kids in the afternoon. But that understandable, given the period of our visit.

Very positive experience staying at the hotel for 5-days during Feb. 25 high season. Massively appreciated the ability to buy VIP ski lift passes. Liked that the hotel was modern, clean and cosy. Liked the spa. Maybe there could be an option for adults only hours? Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast good variety and tasteful.

I think it's not ok to charge the guests to use the parking, or at least it could be a bit cheaper when ski season is on, but you can park outside the entrance of the parking if you don't want to pay.

The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

Rooms were quite small, the bathrooms were definitely a squeeze, hard to get in and out of! The breakfast was ok but not super tasty. Lots of variety though. Wish they'd had better coffee available at breakfast.

Location is very good, access to the VIP ski pass is a gamechanger. There is an amazing takeaway food place right opposite, and the resort has a dedicated ski room which gets you out to the shuttle. Few mins from the gondola by shuttle. Good spa facilities, saunas, steam room, pool.

The staff is excellent, they did their best to make us feel good and made sure of it several times. On arrival it took a bit longer to get our room set up due to our options, and they provided us with a buffet dinner while they got the room ready.

I would have prefered to have the lift bring me directly to my floor. Instead I had to go up and down stairs and after a full day of snowboarding, I was dragging my legs.

The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

It’s a perfect location, in the center of Bansko and about 5 min walk from the gondola. There is a shuttle in the morning and afternoon that picks you up/ drop off to the ski lift. The hotel has great facilities- a lovely lobby area with board games, books, you can buy Fast lane ski pass( which has been great during the busy days), Spa and pool, big ski room, a small Kids Club. Lovely staff- everyone from lobby, restaurants, spa, and special thanks to Maria that accommodated all our needs and noticed her being friendly and profesional with all guests. Very good food- breakfast but also Lobby restaurant, a la carte and even buffet dinner. Will come again.
