Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. There is NO parking available. When we arrived they said to park on the street and to pay by hour, which is ridiculous. On the balcony has not a table and a chair.
We liked the room. The staff are pets friendly. The Breakfast was good.

It was all ok, a bit of machine noise coming from the breakfast area that I did not like, but it was acceptable.

The lights are confusing (might be an age thing) needs instructions in the room!!

Hotel room finder system must be improved. On the same floor there are indicators that you have to go to some stairs to reach the rooms. Next to the sign for stairs there is no number of the rooms you are looking. It was a labirint for me to reach the room I had.

We enjoyed the hotel but especially the food at the restaurant. Compliments to the chef for one of the best hotel dinners we’ve ever had!

Steam bath was not working at the moment and the pool bar opened one hour later vs the regular working time.
The hotel is renovated soon and everything in it is almost brand new. Nice outside pool area with heated pools, so they will be fine for May and September as well. The spa area is wide and enough. Currently the steam bath is not working but the saunas are. Breakfast was nice and diverse. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Parking zone should be provided without payment fee. Tennis court is not mentioned on the site as an option for leisure time, no offer or any tennis photos.
Accommodation- perfect room with mountain view, great size of TV set, medical support granted, nice food, comfortable bed, iron available in the room. Thurles in the garden! Smiling and polite staff on reception.

What I would give as "to be improved": 1. Chairs on the terrace in the rooms; 2. More spa facilities (I visited in the summer, however I wouldn't choose the hotel in winter for spa vacation as the choice is very limited)
Everybody was very friendly, helpful and professional! This was the best thing about our stay for sure. Very clean facilities, I loved how much space there is around the pool and between the sunbeds! The rooms are modern, tidy, clean and the beds are very comfortable!

There are some small things here and there - parking was nowhere to find and it's paid, the door in our bathroom couldn't be opened all the way, coffee at breakfast was from a vending machine - it was sweet instant coffee. Not what I would expect from otherwise a great hotel.
Beautiful location with a lot of amenities and pools. Room was spaciousand neat, all the necessary items were there.

The air conditioning was not functioning. Although I was informed in advance about the issue, the absence of mosquito nets made it difficult to let in sufficient fresh air from outside, making it hard to sleep at night. Additionally, the lack of terrace furniture, such as chairs or a table, was disappointing. Providing even just a small table or two comfortable chairs would allow guests to relax on the beautiful balcony and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views while their children sleep inside.
Great location at a reasonable price. The breakfast was great and the staff very polite.

There are flights of stairs all around at times making it hard to access with a stroller.
The staff was so helpful, really flexible for the needs of a toddler. The facilities were top notch and super tidy. The buffets were scrumptious.

Gym is lacking equipment - not many things to work with
I can't say enough good things about my experience. The hotel is extremely nice and impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern, up to date, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into ensuring the comfort and convenience of guests. The staff were another highlight of my stay. They were professional yet friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was a simple request or helping with local recommendations, they were always attentive and courteous. The hotel boasts both an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, which is a fantastic feature. The outdoor pool is large and perfect for a relaxing swim in the sun, while the indoor pool is great for a quieter, more private swim. The location of the hotel is simply amazing. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance, including stores, restaurants, and even a pharmacy. Plus, there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained throughout the day, whether you're staying in the hotel or exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern, clean, and conveniently located place to stay with outstanding service. I'll definitely be returning!
