- not enough parking spaces, 30 spaces for 600 rooms - the sunbed was included in the price... but there were a total of 30 sunbeds in the entire hotel. They were booked early in the morning with a towel and booked all day even if not there there were even then.

seafront is wonderful but too noisy due to nightclubs. It was very short of staff especially night times.

Overall it meets our expectations. We didn't chose it as a 5 star Sheraton

We really didn’t like that the pool area wasn’t cleaned for days. We have found empty coffee cups near to our chaise-longues that were there for three days straight. Also in the morning, coming out to the pool after breakfast, we have found the chaise-longues staying around as someone left them the day before. We’d wish the staff to take care of the cleanliness and order near the pool in the future.

We absolutely loved the design of the hotel, the rooms were clean and in was very pleasant to stay there. The variety of breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful even in stressful situations.

The renovation is very badly executed. It’s a bit too loud. The staff barely speaks Bulgarian and English. I wanted to pay extra for a sea view room, but the girl at the reception didn’t understand anything I’ve said, so I didn’t get it.

The hotel is renovated and everything is brand new. The location is fine as well.

We had a great staying at this hotel. The room was very clean, large and beautiful, well-equiped with everything you need. The cleaning was done daily. The staff was nice and polite. The food was diversified and delicious.

No hot water at dinner for tea or coffee. Dinner not very rich in diversity: as its an open buffet and its 25 euros pp, we would have expected more seafood such as shrimps and squid. Also not a lot of soft drinks options at dinner even though its open buffet (only water and lemon water). Lunch is also not provided for (you have to buy it seperately at the front desk) and is quite pricey (also 25 euros pp) Also, even though check in is as 15.00 (pretty late since you pretty much waste the entire day waiting for check in) we could only check into our room at 15.35 due to cleaning. We wish this would have been informed to us earlier as we spent more than an hour waiting in total due to this.

Exceptional service. Staff are very coordinated, disciplined and mindful of guests. Amazing location, beach is literally a footstep away and the pool too is very clean and pleasant. The beach has paid and free areas, would recommend just buying a blowup bed and enjoying the free zones. Breakfast is very rich and varied. Great variety of everything: even grapefruits and kiwis and diverse sausage sorts. Dinner was okay. Great Danish blue cheese and salads but not that big of a warm food selection with the same fish every day next to pork and chicken meals. Not a lot of soft drinks options even though its open buffet (only water and lemon water) which was lacking. Special thank you to the housekeeping once again for being so helpful and kind with answering our requests. Great hotel!

No sun beds at the beach. The pool is too busy and people put their towels and then don't sit on the sun beds. The food was not what I expected. if we look value for money I would say could be better for the money I have paid.

The hotel feels brand new, the staff is very helpful, and went and beyond to help us with our late check out. Delicious breakfast. No idea why people complain about the air conditioner we were cold at 24 degrees. Yes, soundproof windows would be helpful. Overall it was great.

The receptionist wanted to give 2 of the 3 people of us a city-view-room although we booked sea-view-rooms. Not sure what happened there, if it was a miscommunication due to language barrier or their system not working properly. In the end we got what we paid for! Would have wished for the possibility to hang up the towels and swim clothes to dry. Balcony and sunny weather saved us there.

Upon arrival we were welcomed in a friendly way. I loved how big and cozy the lounge and the two bars were designed- They felt spacious and allowed us to play tabletop games. Having an outdoor and indoor Pool, as well as showers outside was very nice. The best part about it is the location: Supermarkets, restaurants, the beach, clubs and amusement park are all within less than 10 minute walks

AC not working, they can not fix it but are trying their best to accommodate you in another room or offer you a fan. No spa, just massages but a huge indoor swimming pool and a nice outdoor pool

The air conditioning is bad, very hot in the room and other facilities. It should be improved. The security of the hotel is not at an acceptable level. All doors of the hotel are open from both sides. There are no hotel bracelets for guests identification. It feels like anyone can enter the hotel. There were random people from the street that used the pool and were out by security.

The location is perfect. 1st line from the sea, in the centre of all attractions, beach, supermarkets. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms are modern and nice, clean, all new. The staff are very friendly and responsive.

At the beginning of our stay, we encountered an issue during check-in. I had reserved a king-size bed with a park view, but the receptionist, Veronica, assigned us a room with two separate beds and a street view. Additionally, she did not provide any information regarding the hotel’s amenities, such as where to go, breakfast/dinner times, or how to connect to the Wi-Fi. After we expressed our concerns, another receptionist upgraded us to a room with a sea view and explained everything thoroughly; however, the issue with separated beds remained. Note: the sea was dirty with seaweed.

The dinner was excellent; everything was really tasty.

House keeping was insufficient. Although the towels of our room changed, they were in the same place until the hair that was there on the first day came out.

Everything was beautiful. The hotel is very new and luxurious. The location is excellent.
