They let us have our room hours before check-in. That was a great relief since we arrived with night train. Everything was great, but weather.

The room was nice, interesting design. Bed was comfortable. There was everything in the room, as described when booking. Breakfast was good, great choice. Location is good, not far from walking areas, sea and park.

Is not 5 star hotel, needs to be renovated, swiming pool is too small with only 3 sunbeds, to get to breakfast you have to enter first in other coffeteria and then to the main restaurant.

The staff was very kind. Any issues we encountered were dealt with immediately. And any question that was about recommendations for attractions or restaurants in the city, the staff was very helpful and even helped to search if we asked about specific things. And beyond all that we had 2 birthdays during the trip and the hotel spoiled us with double desserts for both birthdays. And we got there with a little baby girl and they really helped with everything we needed and of course they made sure there was already a crib waiting in the room when we arrived. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend.

Everything was nice.

Very nice hotel, very close to the city center and the main areas of the city (5 minute walk to the center, 10 minute walk to the beach). Staff was very nice and check in & parking was quick. The room was pretty large, absolutely huge bed. Not the best view in the world, but you're not going to Varna for the view from the hotel :)

Parking is not included. The tile in our shower was sloping the wrong way so water would flow out of the shower space towards the far wall. Lots of scratches and dents in the walls, baseboards, doors.

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed in our room was huge, and they had even set up a crib for our son. The hotel still offers the same kind of quality but the maintenance staff is lacking lately and that is visible by the dents, scuffs and mediocre repairs you notice around the building. Breakfast was excellent as usual and you just can't beat the location.

The lobby is small, space between elevators and reception desk is small. The room needs some refresh even if it was very clean.

The design, the way the rooms are settled and their functionalities are available. The hotel is an iconic hospitality actors in town. The staff is cool and supportive. the breakfast is a must - as well as the restaurant space is very cosy with a huge variety of options.

Not the first time we choose this marvellous hotel and we enjoy it every time. Excellent service, excellent breakfast, in the very heart of Varna! Water all-over the bathroom floor after shower

The bathtub in room 506 did not completely close during fill-in and we never got a full bath. Water kept on escaping, which is a huge waste of water. Liked everything except the concierge on the day of check-out, asking too many questions and messing up with our suitcases.

Location was excellent. Room design was beautiful. TV music channels had amazing selection and variety. The view and terrace on the 5th floor room overlooking the sea. Breakfast in the room was nice. Staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The mid-stay survey asking what could be better and its immediate follow up. The coffee and pastry place on the street under the hotel.

We was upgraded to the top floor which had a balcony, excellent views of the sea and Varna. We was lucky with the weather used the gym every morning along with the pool which is on the same floor

Gym equipment was dated, there were no towels available in the spa so had to bring them from the room and no cups for the water machine. It’s right in the centre so it can be a bit noisy but that’s the price you pay for being so central.

Fantastic experience! Staff were amazing, clean, comfy and stylish rooms. One of the guests next to my room came back slamming doors at 5am and yelling loudly, I called reception and within 5 minutes it was addressed and I was able to have the most perfect nights sleep 🙏
