We've liked evreything! The staff..amazing! All the bartenders were really lovely and friendly! You are really lucky with Krishna. He made a huge difference! So, I had a lovely experience, beautiful cocktails and a really nice vibe!

I did not like that everything (pools, ice cream truck, most bars) had a 9-18 schedule. The food was ok, but nothing wow.

I loved the mini-disco for kids & the children's pool, with all the water slides.

The sewage in the bathroom smelled in the evening, but we eventually got use to :)

The location is very beautiful, clean. We liked the sea view seen from our balcony /4th floor. The room is cleaned daily, and the cleaning ladies, like all the hotel staff, are smiling. We thank them for their effort. We rested very well (the best pillows) and enjoyed delicious food and a variety of foods. The staff went out of their way to provide me with gluten-free products and I thank them! It was a successful stay! 10+

Smokers at the kids pool (really not acceptable). Some staff is not well trained, so they have been rude few times. Cleaning ladies would sometimes tell you that they are out of fresh towels, and you have to wait until tomorrow. An interesting approach…

One thing i want to mention about sunbeds , they are not enough when the hotel is full , we managed but it should be supplied with few more, at least when hotel is fully booked.

Everything was perfect, stuff is very friendly and helpful, food was great and fresh , nice beach , for my family and me was perfect holiday. Rooms are big and comfortable beds . Thank you very much #GrifidHotels , Sentido Marea that time .

Bad mattress, we did not sleep well at all, also quite stained. Also why paying for parking? This should be included in the stay

The location is very good, we loved the private beach, this year they put a beach bar which is very good(last year we were here, but that was not available). I took part in the entertainment nights they have, which was fun for me. Food was really good, same as last year without comment. We want to give special thanks to chef Rose for everything he is doing and for being very kind and friendly especially with my husband Andrei. Give him a reward for his hard work. On the same page I must say also thank you for the kindness of all the staff .

One of the best experiences we had on our vacations. Everything is perfect, hotel, beach food and drinks. Extra bonus points for Chef Rosen and Boian bartender, and whole F&B stuff for providing and extra step to make our stay enjoyable.

Not all staff knows or understands English. I missed a day at the pool because they communicate another opening hour. I appreciate that there is a parking lot, but my car was too low to enter in that space/area.

I like the location because it is near the sea, it is clean and it has a lot of facilities. The food was good and the restaurant has an area for adults only and another area for family with kids.

The parking spot is far away, it's hard to use your car. You can ask to get at the parking spot (free) and take the car but it's a bit uncomfortable. The water from the kids play area was very cold. The good thing is that the hotel also has two more pools, it compensates a bit.

The hotel is great for families with kids, beach is clean, water was nice, nice service, drinks on the beach, you are relaxed because you don't miss anything. There is a small designated play area for kds that has shade and also an indoor area, it's great for some moments of the day. In the evening there are some nice events, also great for kids but also for adults. Food was good, nice variety, we always had something to eat and some desert. It's nice that you also have some snacks in between, ice cream hour and others. The hotel has also an indoor pool, very warm but a bit deeper than the one outside. The location is OK but not much to visit around, also considering that you have everything at your hotel.

The hotel looks good, the staff was helpful, the food was tasty and the beach was very clean. I liked the beach bar a lot and how the outside was designed.

First of all, the cleanliness of the rooms and of the hotel in general. The private beach was also cleaned every evening and we always had free beach chairs available. The hotel also provided beach towels. Indeed, the water becomes deep after a few meters, but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying a swim. Secondly, we were happy with all the services provided. The staff members really try their best (and succeed) to help with all the requests. Also, very satisfied with the all-inclusive services, the variety of dishes, the fresh ingredients and the drinks. All in all, a great holiday!

1. The free for all-inclusive guests alcoholic cocktails don't really have alcohol. Ask for bourbon or whiskey neat instead. 2. The car park is 1 km away. You park in front of the hotel, take the luggage to your room, and then come back to move your car to another (paid) parking lot. It is not free for all-inclusive guests. A driver will guide you there and then back to the hotel, in his car. 3. If you're 'lucky enough' to have noisy neighbors, you are not going to sleep before they do.

We stayed in a small apartment with sea view. That is essentially a square hallway that you walk into and it has two single beds in it, serving as the first bedroom. Then you have a narrow hallway with entrance to a toilet room and shower room (separate), that leads into the main bedroom with a double bed. This setup serves reasonably well a couple with two kids, like ourselves. But one bedroom has plenty of noise from the hallway and the other from the beach in front. The rooms are very clean and everything needed is provided. I'd only recommend two extra chairs on the balcony, as that is a room for four. We booked all-inclusive. Had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. There are plenty of choices and, really, nothing really to complain about. The food was to our taste, as Bulgarian and Romanian cuisine doesn't differ much. But don't expect a la carte restaurant quality food. Btw, there is a 'a la carte' restaurant on site, too. Didn't use it. Can't comment on food quality. The hotel is right across from the beach, with only a 2 lane-wide walkway in between. The beach is actually great, as the sunbeds were pretty far apart from each other, ensuring some degree of privacy, unlike many other beaches. But you have to wake up before 8 am to find a free sunbed. That's a negative, from my point of view. There is a swimming pool for adults, which isn't actually used for swimming as it is full of non-swimmers, being lass than 1.5 m deep. There is also an indoor swimming pool but we didn't use it on our 5 day stay. The third pool is for kids (a bit cold, but loads of fun for kids, being a playground). The position of the hotel in the resort is quite good, being on the harbor side, with very little traffic and generally quiet. The ladies really enjoyed the free for all-inclusive guests non-alcoholic cocktails.

Cleaning could be something that can be improved, the room was not sweeped when we arrived (sand and hair on the floor). Not sure why I had to pay for parking since I've used the hotel parking lot. Food was various but rather bland, it seems that ingredients are of low quality. Drinks as well.

The hotel was on the beach so this was excellent. The room was spacious. Personnel was polite and helpful. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Overall good value for money.

Sometimes there were bees flying around the beach or the pool, i saw that there were traps for the bees here and there but still the bees were kind of annoying
