The area around the hotel did not feel very safe, also the hotel lobby and corridors were dark and not to my liking

The hotel was great for my short stay in Sofia and it was worth the price! The staff stood out to me, they always greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. The design is really nice, modern, and the rooms are clean Bare in mind, it’s in the center on a very large street, so it might get a little noisy during the night if you keep your windows open, but it’s really worth the location!

Even though the soundproof window isolation is excellent, the tram noise is still audible and can be disturbing at night.

No coffee machines in the rooms. You have to go to the coffee station in the lobby. But all drinks are free so no biggie 😉

Central location, seamless experience and relaxing atmosphere in this smart hotel! Used the co-working zone and made the most of free coffee and drinks. No outsiders and distractions because of the guests only access - nice touch there.

We had a great one night stay here. Location right in the centre of town and only a short drive to the airport (approx 20min). Beautiful view from our balcony. Had a super comfortable sleep here and loved the detail put into the hotel’s design. The hotel feels very secure with personal check in codes at the front door and 24hour staff. The man at reception helped us organise a large taxi to the airport for a 3.30am pickup at a reasonable fixed rate (of <20lev), which arrived perfectly on time. We really appreciated this service as we’ve had trouble in the past with Bulgarian taxi drivers refusing to take us as we didn’t agree to their western rates (5x the true cost). We were also travelling with 2 large backpacks and a ski bag so his help in guaranteeing us a large taxi was extremely appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for something nice, comfortable, and reasonably priced in Sofia.

The room had a strange smell. It smelled bad especially the bathroom. It is possibly related to the sewage system.

The positive aspect is the location. It's centrally located, and there is also a parking lot behind the hotel which is quite cheap since you cannot park on the street for more than two hours.

Central location. Truly contactless check in experience. Spacious room. Has everything you need, slippers, body lotion, hair dryer, etc. free water and drinks available. Would stay here again next time in Sofia.

The room was quite warm and air con on low temperature didn’t make much difference.

A newish hotel with a unique, modern and very cool design and vibe. Staff and customer service were exceptional ; they quickly and efficiently handled a request to change date and even upgraded my room. Room was great with a super comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with good quality towels and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. A large TV, fridge also in room. Nice calm atmosphere in the hotel with good soundproofing from street traffic outside. Location is superb being a very short walk from Serdika metro station for direct trains to the airport and all parts of Sofia. Many shops, restaurants nearby and bus/train station 20 minutes walk or accessible by metro from Serdika. Hotel is very secure with a keyless system where main door and room door operated by keypad code. They also have in room personal safe deposit boxes for your valuables. A great little hotel and would definitely stay again.

Nice clean room with everything needed. Had comfortable, large work desk too. Location is great, close to city center with its attractions, to railway and bus station, and to subway line that goes to the airport. Free coffe and water in the lobby.

It’s a perfect location near underground station, train and bus station and walking distance to the centre. Staff is very polite and on the reception I have free coffee, mineral water and on my departure day I’ve had a locker for my suitcase and bags.

Not great neighbourhood, the light in corridor did not work, the electronic locks are small and not handy, the rooms are old, not really renovated. Not worth more than 20 euro per night.

I think when your tired and had long journeys they should have the WiFi on the room doors. Little thing on the desk so if you miss it or forget then it's a nuisance. They say they message you but I didn't get it. Had a form to fill in that did not work. I dont want all that hassle really. And also get some english tv. NOT music. I wouldnt stay more than one night because of this

There are no windows in the rooms, which is not explained anywhere in the listing. The staff told us that there were rooms that did have, but we had 2 rooms and they didn't have windows, There is a niche done to look like a window but it is actually just a plastic that looks to the elevator.... I don't think that you can tell just looking at the photos in the listing.

It was very clean, the bathroom appliances like shower gel and shampoo were very high quality and we loved the smell. The beds were very comfy.
