Very cool concept, loved the decor in a beautiful building. Very spacious and clean room and has all the amenities you need. Perfect for remote working with a desk in the room and an additional co-working area. The team was very nice and super accommodating. A perfect base in Sofia for any digital nomads, highly recommend!

Firstly it's worth noting that this hotel is about double the cost of the competitor set in the area, at that price difference things need to be spot on. Unfortunately this hotel has put concept first and then failed to deliver a hospitable experience. Luckily most of these issues can be fixed pretty easily so I do hope the hotelier reads this and pays attention to the feedback: The concept is contactless but: You have to remember 2 x 8 digit codes to access the building and your room, NFC, QR code or even a contactless card waiting in your room would fix this. The only way to get help is from reception, I would expect a WhatsApp number or phone in the room if this is actually contactless, this seams to be a pretty standard option these days. Soft drinks including drinking water are only available from the downstairs reception, again driving contact. There are no carafes or jugs to take water to the room forcing you to go up and down with small paper or tin cups The room was not made up when I went out despite the sign being taken off the door and placed inside. And finally the heating system is completely out of control and the hotel is far too hot. The staff often keep the downstairs doors open to deal with this but, this does nothing for the upper rooms. The long and the short of it is there are temperature controls in the room that do not work and make climactic conditions practically unbearable. While some of this may be acceptable in a bargain basement property it is not good enough for the very top of the price bracket for comparable 3* hotels in central Sofia.

There were coffee, tea and free drinks in the lobby. This was good but the room had no basic amenities like a kettle or even some glasses. Would have preferred to have the coffee and tea provisions in the room. This is a minor issue and literally the only thing we didn’t like about the hotel

A newly renovated hotel, in a very close proximity to all central attractions. Very clean, comfy beds. I liked the design, though its a little dark colored. Free soft drinks was a nice touch.

Running water was yellow and had black bits in it likely due to old pipes. My window opened to a tiny smelly/disgusting alley so there was no fresh air whatsoever. Didn't expect a view but some outdoor air would have been nice (don't go here if you have breathing problems like Asthma). It's a shame since the rest of the hotel is renovated and quite nice.

Nice co-working and hangout area. Overall really clean. Loved the contactless check-in. If you follow the instructions in the emails it's really easy.

Very friendly receptionists with great local recommendations and helping with the unique check-in process. Fast and stable WiFi, and the free water dispenser at the lobby was very useful. The hotel is located minutes away from Serdica Metro station, which provides a direct connection to both Sofia Railway Station & the Airport. Vitosha Blvd and most major headline sights are within walking distance.

The hotel's located in the center, within walking distance to most attractions with easy access to public transport. The hotel has a games room and work space which is very convenient. Coffe and beverages are available 24/7. The room we had was very spacious and clean!

THIS IS A WARNING TO FUTURE GUESTS! ROOMS WITHOUT WINDOWS, WITHOUT VENTILATION OR AIR CONDITIONING. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. Everything seemed to be nice, so straight away we went sightseeing. When we returned late in the evening, we realized that the windows in the rooms were not windows, just illuminated glass behind a curtain! To make matters worse, it was hot and the air conditioning was not working and when we complained at the reception, they gave us some boxes containing a fan in pieces to assemble! Something that we couldn't manage to do properly, at 12 pm tired and hot as we were. In fact, these fans were noisy, which made it impossible to sleep, so we had to turn them off. This was a surrealistic situation. We felt cheated and humiliated. We asked for a complaint form, but they refused to give it to us. WE STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS HOTEL! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL!

Very nice new hotel with comfortable room. Loved the free drinks, the room and also the gym space upstairs. A great view on the synagogue. Feels like it’s not advertised enough.
