Bathroom needs an update and better cleaning. Toilet seat not properly attached.

Bedroom warm, clean and spacious, comfortable bed, satellite TV. lovely balcony and garden. Host woke up to accept us at 4am (flight delay). Good price, 15m tram to center, 5-10m walk to stores. hot shower, kitchen facilities decent. cute dogs.

It was confirmed as 3 twin beds but it was one big bed. It was not a problem with one big bed, just no need to lie. The place was quite difficult to find. And if we could not call the owner, we would be in big trouble. The next day, I couldn't contact the owner anymore to ask about the place for leaving the key. The first person that I met there that morning no nothing about it, then fortunately I met the second person that told me what to do with the key. The curtain in the room was torn, and there was no mesh to cover the window so just be careful if you bring small kid to not jump to the window because the window is big enough.

It was cheap compared to other accommodation around that area and we needed the one that near the National Museum of History. For this price, it was just ok. At least the room was prepared and clean enough, the shared bathroom was fine. We can boil hot water to drink from the kitchen, and the hot water was available in the bathroom because it was quite cold in Sofia that time. There were enough blankets, and also there were towels. The wifi was also available. There was flat TV but we had no interest to check the TV channels.

The contacts were in inconvenient places. Make sure your cabel isnt short. I had to wait 3 hrs for check-in even tho the contact number told me to wait for only 1 hour.

The hostel was not very clean, starting with the room. A pair of flip flops of the previous guest were left, there was a lot of dust and occasional spider webs. The bathroom was not proper clean, a lot of clogged up hairs in the drain in the shower. In the ad it is stated that there is 24/7 check in, however when we arrived in the night there was nobody to open the door and we were told we could only come after 11 in the morning. Which resulted in looking for a new hostel with place for 2 at 04:00. Upon leaving a day early we checked out and when waiting for the taxi the owner/hostess stated we stole bathing towels, however we used our own ones the entire time we were there.

The room itself was good, bed was comfy and the room had sufficient space. We were provided with our own key to enter the premises and room which made going out and coming back very easy going. Near to the hostel was a 24h shop which was very convenient. Taking the price per night into account it's a decent hostel.

Hostel looks different from the photos everything is very basic and the interiors dated but I guess that’s a matter of taste. Walls are thin so it’s not a tranquil place. This isn’t a stylish hostel but it’s good value for money for low budget travellers.

The location was good with nice cafe’s around and grocery shops nearby. My room was clean, my bed was comfy and the internet stable. The host was very helpful when I needed something. I felt safe there as a solo female traveller and my dog was welcome too which is a big plus. Also very close to Vitosha Mountains.

There were several problems: 1) when I arrived there was a "problem with my room", so the staff ordered a taxi to settle me in a different hostel for 1 day (hostel and taxi paid by owner). The other hostel was somewhat good, but worst than this one (but even costed 15bgn/day more). Considering I had a 2 nights stay and I had to return on the second night - it took a while. 2) the toilet/shower was in my room, but it was not working, so I had to use the other one, which was in a separate building, which is a problem, when taking a shower (which is impractical in terms of place to put clean clothes, etc.) 3) there were no windows in my room, which was not a problem for me for 1 day

The bed in the room is pretty comfortable, there is enough space to leave your belongings and the wi-fi is stable enough to watch videos

For capital city it is fully sufficient judging by price/quality coefficient. Some repairs/improvements are being carried on. Hope it will be much better after completion. Kitchen is very well equipped, fridge available.

Key didnt work, had to sleep in a room where i couldnt lock my door even if i had to go out. It was ok i guess if for 1 night only, you get what you pay for, dont expect much.

The room was completely different from the one I booked.No air conditioning , it was very cold in the room all the time.The floor was extremely dirty and the trash cans were not even thrown away by the previous guests.I do not recommend it.

The property wasn't as described.Definetly not meant for a family.It stated non smoking which wasn't the case.Door lock didn't work. Choice was left on us whether we wanted to stay.Explained the property wasn't as specified.Charged for property without staying which wasn't fair. Disputed it with booking.com but that was of no help.Never to use booking.com especially if they can't Dispute on customer behave as property wasn't of the specification mentioned on its website

The accommodation was nothing like descripted in the pictures, they didn’t mention the shared bathroom, which was disgusting. We are travellers who came by motorcycle, we would have needed a private bathroom. The mattress was also disgusting. The lady was grumpy. Not recommending at all.
