Nothing. It is a bit higher up, so it requires a little climbing, but nothing to be scared of and the small hike enhances the experience.

It has a great location, it’s the highest point in Melnik hence allows you to see everything from a high position. It’s spotless clean, very comfortable and quiet and peaceful. The host - Margarita - is very careful with details and has been very helpful with all our requests and needs. The breakfast was incredible as well. Exceptional value for money, but also it felt super cool to be able to establish a strong relationship with the host. Highly recommended!

The property is at a strategic location. It's right next to the Kordupolova House and "Pri Shestaka". The room is beautiful , equipped with an air conditioner , refrigerator, and nice bath products. There was a complimentary big bottle of water in the refrigerator. The view was gorgeous as you could see the entire town in the valley. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the bed and pillows were indeed comfortable. The breakfast was included in the package. My friend had an ommelette, and I had mekitsi (similar to funnel cake)with homemade jelly . We enjoyed our breakfast at the garden table overlooking the town . The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Probably the best accommodation in Melnik. It's a lovely place, with tasteful, clean and comfortable rooms, an incredible view towards the town, and wonderful hosts. Our whole group was very pleased with the stay. Breakfast is excellent as well. Very much recommended.

Manoleva house was a wonderful experience, from the kind hostess and her son to the wonderful breakfast, and the location. We enjoyed everything about our stay there. We stayed in the room with the balcony, and it had a stunning view over the wine valley. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. The hostess also gave us wonderful dinner recommendations. I highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway.

I honestly can't think of anything to critique - everything was just perfect. It was a grueling walk up to the place with the extreme heat but all of Melnik is hilly and it's part of the charm. The host even offered to have her son carry our bags.

This place was exceptional - beautiful interior and so cozy. Our rooms were just beautiful. The view from our top floor was fantastic, and we just couldn't stop looking out the window. The breakfast was phenomenal. They gave us so much food, we didn't need to eat lunch. The staff is very kind and seems genuinely happy to have us staying. We visited on a very hot week and would love to be there in colder months to get to use the cute little lobby and sitting area indoors. The breakfast tables and patio were exquisite, nestled in the valley with an awesome view. This was our one of our favorite stays on our ten day Bulgaria road trip.

The parking place is somewhat below the house, thus luggage has to be transported a steep ramp and some steps upwards. Might be a problem when traveling with heavy or much baggage.

The hotel or maybe better said boarding house is in a typical Bulgarian house in the upper part of Melnik. Very nicely and originally designed, cosy. The rrom was equipped with the neccessary stuff and had a nice view on the village. Very friendly staff resp. owner. Excellent WiFi. The breakfast was served as a choice of different dishes and was freshly prepared.
