When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The people working there. Unprofessional!
I like that the rooms were clean and nice. I didn't like the staff on site. The old man was rude and couldn't handle his drinking. The owner was nice and made sure the place was clean. But if she wants her business to grow I would recommend hiring better personnel to rum her business.

The bed sheets and the balcony were full of cigarette smell, for us who don't smoke was very bad. The bathroom door was hard to close and most of time wet.
The uncle was nice and polite, check in and check out were simple. The location is good, walking distance to the center.

Sheets and tollews were old and overused. Although clean , they definitely need renewing. But again for this price and this location, nothing to really moan about.
Very polite staff. Bathroom was always empty and good to use. Available terrace for smokers. Nice and quiet location.

The smell of moist in the bathroom.
The location is close to public transport and the city centre but it’s on the edge of a strange area. The staff was very polite and hospitable. We were all n the apartment with separate bathroom

Cleanness and tidiness...😉🤗. In the lobby there was a bucket of dirty water and a rag next to it. And the brooms were everywhere... They could be put away after cleaning.

The guesthouse is in an old historical building which might need maintenance and for which, I assume, the guesthouse has no full responsibility.
The personnel was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The price was very good.

Guesthouse wooden floor makes pretty loud creaking sounds. So sharing the place with other less considerate guests may be noisy.
Friendly staff who tried his best to communicate. We liked the location which is near the ladies market, good options to buy local food and fresh fruits.

The owner was veryfriendly and welcoming, the room is spacious and has private bathroom. There is also a common area with kitchen and facilities just outside the room, and the night manager is very friendly! Location was superb, just few minutes from the metro and within the city centre. Definitely recommended!

The window coverings were very flimsy and let in a lot of light. Also it meant the room wasn't as private as it could be.
The room contained everything needed for an overnight stay. The bathroom was external and shared, as expected. It was close to our room which was good but it was small. The location of the hostel was very good - we were able to walk there easily from the metro station and it was very central. There was a kitchenette which would have been very useful had our stay been longer but we were only in Sofia to catch a very early coach abroad the next morning.
