Hallways are super dark , carpeting very old and smalls bad, rooms are average but carpets are really old and my room stink really bad. However building is pretty old, but at least they can replace the carpets.

Location is really good , staff is very friendly and nice people generally.

The rooms are worn and carpets stained. The smell of smoke lingers in some hallways. The hotel is dated. The restaurant facilities are dated and food was OK. Breakfast is not wow.

It's situated in a good location in Manama near the Avenues and not too far from other hotspots. But the location of the property it self is not so wow. The views from the high rooms are very nice.

What I did not like about this hotel and I find it as a big ( disappointing ) was the toilet and the shower area First, the toilet shut-off is very weak ( no high pressure if you know what I mean ) Second, the toilet and the shower floor is too slippery when there is water and this is too dangerous and could cause serious injuries as one may slip and fall and may break his leg or back For this reason I don't think I will come back to this place

I booked king bed but I found out it was twin bed became 1 bed together with one mattress, so I am not so happy.

Their pillows were by far the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt, I woke up every day with a sore neck!! The (what was meant to be a sofa/ seating area) needs definitely changing, is not in a good position at all, and there was no table around to place your food/drink, inconvenient I’d say! Also, one of the receptionists was not cooperative enough when I requested late check out as I checked in very late , by 8 PM, so the latest he was able to allow according to him was by 2 PM and I definitely didn’t appreciate that, last thing is the breakfast area needs some improvement as well as the menu, I find it average too considering it’s five star hotel!!!

My room was in high floor, the rain shower was perfect, and the late breakfast time.

1. Upon arrival around midnight there were 2 shady ladies escorted by staff to some rooms which was uncomfortable 2. The over all ambience of the hotel is shady as well 3. Very bad decor with bad colors ( dark purple, yellow and gold with dark woods) 4. The hotel is old and needs renovation 5. The breakfast was terrible and inedible with loud music. 6. The hotel is more like 4 stars not 5 7. Bathroom tiles were moldy 8. Carpet stains 9. Toiletries were dove! For a 5 stars hotel! 10. The hotel kept texting me on whatsapp during my stay with offers and discounts

The shower 🚿 has no handle (only fixied on top). Weak water flow from bidet. TV remote was not working and TV was on all night.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 night Did not like the attitude of the employees even though its mentioned that you get a free parking at the hotel but still they make you beg for it every time you want to park There is no clear rules and after you make a seen then they apologise! They dont answer the calls from the room. There is a bad smell in the suite and the lights turned on suddenly 2 am while i was sleeping The drain is clogged Tv is not connected to anything and if you want to watch netflex or youtube you have to call maintenance The breakfast area is soo small and crouded with very limited options This is my last stay with this hotel.

the lights button broken some are not turning off and some turning on suddenly. the room door was very hard to open I have already informed the staff but no action has been taken parking only valet inside the building which is not convenient bathroom light are very dim

I feel who designed the hotel is Indian! The hotel colors and walls are annoying and uncomfortable for the eyes ! Purple , golden color and yellow ! Come on guys who paint the wall with yellow colors!

I didn't like the room size also had to change a room due dirty spots on the carpet and I thought they will give an upgrade but I got just a new room and wasn't that clean looking either. They should change it from 5 stars, because it's nothing about this hotel which is 5 Star.

The staff was great and big compliment and the breakfast quality as well.

Breakfast was mediocre. I hated having to keep ordering 3 oz cyps of coffee. I had to get up and ask them to make me coffee three times., Dinner at Italian restaurant was not good. Seafood pasta had shells broken up all inside. I quit eating. The so called tiramisu dessert was total crap. Just junk. Italians would be embarrassed. Food at the steakhouse was good. BUT the waiters at both restaurants were too pushy. Kept wanting me to order more and more food even when I said I didn't need it. I wasted half my food. Starving people in the world and we're wasting food! Waiters should understand no. I was really mad because the white male at the table next to me said he just wanted the steak and that was enough and the waiter left him alone. Me, he kept trying to pressure to keep ordering. Why can't a brown female say "and that's enough"?

Rundown, old and was not cleaned properly with opened sugar packets on the floor!. The bed sheets were ripped and the entire floor reeked of cigarette smell. The decor and color pallet belongs to the 1970s
