The water in the shower doesn't switch well (either it's hot or cold)

Quiet street, green area, 8 minutes walk to the beach, 2 swimming pools, good hotel staff. The kitchen has a stove and dishes, a refrigerator, tea and coffee. Daily cleaning and change of all towels; there are towels for the beach.

Many things were out of order - gym, tap water were undrinkable - vending machine didn’t work and the mini mart that’s supposed to be open in the morning was often closed without any notice.

- There aren't many kitchen utensils. - The small grocery store nearby is ridiculously expensive. - The larger grocery store across the bridge has slightly lower prices but requires a trip. - The water pressure in the bathroom is very poor. - The air conditioning is hard to adjust to a lower setting, especially at night. - At Bay View Hotel, they didn't provide water after a long flight. - The soda machine at the reception was broken, so no drinks were available. - Customer service wasn't great. - The hotel restaurant was closed the entire week. - The hotel has two pools, but the water was extremely hot and looked dirty.

The restaurant had not much to offer, which was a problem, because it was raining the entire weekend and not easy visiting another restaurant on the island. The apartments/rooms are in need for maintenance. A lot in the apt/room looked very worn-out, but it was well-cleaned.

It could use some upgrades. It’s an older property. In no way luxurious, but definitely safe and clean. A good bargain stay.

We arrived at noon and had to wait for room until 3 PM - not something very strange but usually hotels do their best in such situation to speed up. They take your towels while cleaning the room and return with new ones 1-2 hours later what tends to be problematic sometimes. Kitchen wasn't well equipped.

I liked location, close to beach, restaurants.

Suites were good but too old, and they need renovation. There were no USB chargers. The kitchen ware wasn't enough. The location is comfortable, but rooms are too old.

The staff were not particularly welcoming especially at the front desk. When we arrived and asked about check in the woman at the front desk refused to get off the phone. It was also advertised as having a gym but it turned out it was closed when we arrived for no specific reason.

The location was good and the property had a nice balcony outside. It was also well stocked with coffee and toiletries.

Smelled odd, musty or moldy. Carpet a little sticky. I'd advise no carpet - go with tile to avoid musty smell since you turn off ac when no guests. Keep the mini mart open! Keep a restaurant open!

A little run down. Bathroom wasn’t super clean. No kettle - but they bought a new one for us. Stains on some furniture. Main pool didn’t seem very clean. Could be much better with a bit of TLC.

Very relaxed, quiet, awesome location. Staff were friendly and helpful. So much cheaper than other properties on Paradise Island.
