Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe pool area is small and the bar is very loud no quite space just to have a cocktail which is a shame, some larger adult groups having fun which makes it a noisy place which is great if that's what your expecting.
Great food and the best drinks available, staff are lovely and overall a nice location with a lovely beach area.

United KingdomWe didn’t feel there were enough bars. The service was always very good but in the evening there was only one bar and it would have been nice to have had another bar area where you could have a drink in a quiet area! Although you could take drinks out and find a quiet seat, it wasn’t quite the same. The pool area was very disappointing, firstly the amount of people who “reserved “beds by leaving their towels on them and not turning up till late morning, infuriating! We were up at 6.30am for diving trips and towels were already left on beds. I think stag. Should monitor and remove after 45 mins. Also the sun left the pool area by 4 o’clock, I know nothing you can do but very disappointing.
The food and restaurants were very good and all the staff were very helpful.

JamaicaThe entertainment activities during the day was lacking. Plus after the nightly performances there wasn’t a club in the actual hotel. They had a DJ in a designated area of the entertainment hall so I made it work, but it wasn’t the same. If you’re planning to site see most of the time, it’s not worth staying at the hotel. If your Caribbean, don’t expect to Caribbean dishes at all. The room was a bit outdated, the bathroom sink leaked and I had saw a roach on the bathroom once
The location gave private yet close enough to other areas you might like to visit

CanadaIt was pretty cold inside the building The food was not very tasty - expected more (flavours, variety) from the solo restaurants Coffee was awful - ran out of peppermint tea right at the beginning of our stay and never got it back again
The variety in the buffet restaurant was wonderful The pool was a pleasant warm temperature and great size The drinks were flowing The staff were very polite and the resort was well maintained

FranceFor an all inclusive, it felt quite small and felt like a normal hotel. Typically all inclusive hotels will have more activities, more spread out, etc.
Enjoyed the location in proximity to the beach and on Paradise Island. Also enjoyed it being adults only and the staff were helpful.

United StatesI like the fact that you had 24 hour room service, and Indeed, the rooms were a very nice size and everything was comfortable. The food options in all of the restaurants were very good. I’d appreciate more available options on the room service menu for breakfast. It is much too limited. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Even though there were time long periods of time the front desk would not answer the phone and I think attention needs to be paid attention to that because somebody could be sick and letting the phone ring, even though they were well staffed, is neglectful and the hotel becomes liable in an emergency and it doesn’t make the customer feel very secure. Regardless I enjoyed my stay, and would certainly return again and recommend it to others..
