We were moved to the new modern hotel, which was very comfortable, but the big pool, which was the reason we booked was closed as the other guest suites I actually booked were being renovated. I was not notified of this

- Everything was fine. If there was anything, it would be that the lightning in the rooms are not kept the same (cold white or warm white) light. A more uniform lighting concept should be kept, but that is a subjective assessment. I prefer warm white light for a relaxed ambiance. - The waiting times at the restaurant could be shorter. Waiting times for a meal take really long. Efficiency in Restaurant Service / Kitchen Service should be improved. - The bathroom / toilet facilities in the rooms need to be modernised. Sometimes the toilets did not flush properly.

- The friendly and helpful staff. - The rooms are big with a lot of space. - The facilities are always kept clean and tidy and the swimming pool is cleaned every day.

Of all the hotels and overnight places, we stayed at (10 nights) this was the most expensive and I thought a bit excessive.

We enjoyed the proximity of the facility to the main road and the safety and security of the parking area specifically. Perfect overnight facility on our way to South Africa.

Could offer a car wash option at a fee. When driving through Botswana, many flying insects are stuck to the front area of the car which need to be removed. Also, should not allow private sound boxes to be played in pool area as it disturbs guests who wish to enjoy/ read in that area.

the rooms were not prepared to accommodate a couple. everything time I use the property I book for double occupancy but still have to ask for additional towels etc. which makes me appear to be a bother and a miserable client.

The basin in the bathroom is not practical, There is no teaspoons at the coffee station inside the room, The restaurant staff could not manage the amount of orders which resulted in a few mistakes at our table.

I like the spacious room and secure parking. I am busy with a training plan and managed to swim 1km in the freezing pool.

There is a restaurant onsite and the food is great.It was my colleague's birthday and the chef made it special with a piece of cake. The staff is always ready to serve and they go an extra mile.
