Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Can be a little more clean. The kitchen closes at 8 pm.
The Best dorm room i have ever stayed in!! Looking better in reality than in the photos, big and spacious. There are lockers and curtains. In side the space of the room there are two toilets and the best warm shower. The kitchen is small but pretty equipped. The common areas are nice.

This was a private room at a hostel with a shared kitchen which I didn’t need or realize. Very basic room for the cost which I felt was high. Sink in main room is totally rusted out and needs replacing/painting.
Very close to the boat harbor and friendly staff. Nice restaurant in front with hammocks that hotel guests could use with affordable menu

As all of San Pedro its a bit noisy outside when using the balcony, its the golf carts and air conditioning units of the bigger hotels/the hostel next door.
Super great athmosphere, friendly chatty personal including cat, they help with all you need, beautiful spacious and well equiped rooms and common area with small pool and kitchen (and a second cat), in second row behind the beach good location. I would come here again when in Belize 100%

We loved our stay, the only thing we could possibly comment on is perhaps having a broom in the room would be helpful to sweep out the sand we brought in on our shoes. But this was available at reception. We really enjoyed our stay.
The central location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff provided great information leading up to our stay. The room was perfect for our stay and air conditioning was excellent.

The mattress was not comfortable and felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Dogs in the area started barking around 430 am making it hard to sleep. Not once during the stay was our room cleaned even though we had put the housekeeping sign on the door.
The location was great, close to the beach and grocery store. Lots of food selection within walking distance. Room was large and spacious. Very friendly staff. Cozy sitting area for guests.

Barking dogs in the mornings-very loud. Wish it were closer to town. No laundry facilities.
Fair location, staff very nice. Shared kitchen area a nice touch. Close to several restaurants. Beach is seconds away. 2 grocery stores super close.

The wifi was a problem the whole time I was there, it didn't reach my room but they were nice about switching rooms etc if I wanted. The AC also feels like it needs to be explained better. Mine never turned on one night but thankfully the fan attached to the wall was potent enough but I think it's something to know for any future clients who does run hot.
The front desk staff is what made Drift Inn what it was. Ada, Kevin and Stephanie were always so kind in answering any question that would arise and made it feel like home. The beds were comfy.

We had one of the family rooms. The king bed was good but the other two beds seemed to have a plastic cover that made noise everytime you turned over in bed.
Greta location. Close to everything but no street noise. There was a rooster that liked to make a lot of noise as the sun was rising but otherwise quiet.

Great location. We have a room facing the courtyard and it’s very quiet. Only issue is the morning wake up calls from the chickens at the house next to the hotel.

The property is attached to a nice beach lounge, literally 2 min from the beach. Dive shops, beach, Supermarkets are all within walking distance. The Taco restaurant next door is FANTASTIC - my kids begged me to go back 3 times. The inn itself is awesome, and has a real family feel. The walk-around balcony and the communal kitchen give a real community feel. It is great to socialize with the othe guests (if you want). The Inn provided personal recommendations on everything, from places to eat, what excursions to book where, recommended diving spots etc - simply fantastic.

You could hear everything on the street. Very noisy in the rooms.
The staff was super friendly & very helpful. The location was close to bars, restaurants & the beach. The beds were comfortable & AC in the rooms worked great.

Clean spacious rooms, bathroom with shower in room. Nice common areas. Pool small but bigger shared pool at neighbor Sandbar. Great selection of spices in kitchen. No blender tho. Staff friendly and helpful.

Find the roosters, and get rid of them. bathroom needed upgrading.
Location mid town San Pedro and one property away from the beach is excellent. It was nice to have an entrance from the beach through the adjacent bar/hotel. If you can walk, most everything is in a short distance. Bed was comfortable, and AC worked fine.
