There isn’t much of a beach. We really liked everything else.

Cozy atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are good size. Staff members were outstanding and would go out of their way to assist us. The pool is a decent size. The bar and restaurant is excellent!! We were there for 4 nights and ate there for lunch twice and dinner twice. The restaurant is good enough that it’s wise to book your evening reservations as vacationers from other hotels come there to eat. Also, there are two grocery stores within a five minute walk, as well as bars, pubs, and restaurants are within walking distance. The small airport is literally just across the street. However you don’t notice or hear the small planes taking off and landing. This is not a wild party place. Highly recommend.

We liked that it was right in the town of San Pedro. Very close to great restaurants and cute shops. Once we walked through the doors, you would never know that the town was right behind you.

Very clean with super customer service. Pool was cold and refreshing. Nice beds. Very big shower. The Blue Water Grill was the best restaurant. Great location in the heart of downtown with Tropic Air across the seat.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of San pedro and the airport, yet is quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Breakfast is at the blue water grill at extra cost, but theres a good selection and is good. The place comes alive in the evening with drinks, music and themed menus. The reception team are very attentive and helpful. The pool are while small is very welcome, good for relaxing in the heat of the day.

Put sand in the court yard. I thought the courtyard was bare and plain. Some sand, maybe colored sand, lights some decorations like colorful plants and flowers would add to the ambience.

The only thing I didn’t like which honestly wasn’t a big deal. I was traveling by myself and I ended with a double bed. I got in late and tired so I showered and went straight to bed, I don’t move a lot so I slept in a small area of the bed. When I got back from town the bed was made nicely but when I tried to get in I saw hair on the bed which I knew straight away was mine, some on the pillow as well. I have this facial treatment I do every night which left some stains on the pillow case, that was there as well. So whoever cleaned the room just push the sheets in and didn’t even brush the bedsheets. I just moved to the second bed.

Great customer service, friendly and always helpful. walking distance all my tour activities meet up point. They also arrange tour activities, the hotel also has gold carts, remember to email them if you are arriving by a water taxi for them to pick you up. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Felt like home away from home. But…..the best part, the only thing separating the hotel from the airport is a road lolllll loved it!

The room was very spacious for 2 people, we each had our own bed. The shower was amazing and the counter space for getting ready was great! The beds were comfortable. The hotel was walking distance from the airport (right across the street). And the hotel had a beautiful pool and wonderful bar/restaurant with fabulous staff! I would 100% stay here again.

The location was perfect - walking distance from the little airport (not an issue) and all the restaurants in the area. The onsite restaurant/bar was great for drinks and sushi. And the dive shop onsite was also super convenient and helpful. The rooms were comfortable - especially the bed!

We would have liked it even more if we had had an opening window facing the sea. However, there are only windows facing the inner courtyard towards the pool and a small one in the bathroom. In the morning it was sometimes very loud outside. As the walls are very thin, we were often woken up at 6am by our neighbors watching TV and talking loudly. Another negative point is the breakfast. Belize itself is very expensive, and the hotel restaurant is unfortunately no exception. We found USD 10 for a bit of scrambled eggs and toast very expensive. We were pleasantly surprised by the dinner and the price was okay. However, the service was not so good. When we did not order dessert and ordered a carafe of sangria instead, we were immediately brought the bill even though our glasses were still full and we would have liked to order something else afterwards. Of course, we then decided not to.

The hotel was very well located and everything important was within walking distance (restaurants, tour operators, airport). The hotel grounds and rooms were very clean. Our deluxe room was large enough and the washbasin was separate from the shower and toilet, which we found very pleasant. We also had a side sea view, which we were very pleased with. The room cleaning service was very good. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and attentive. The complex itself offered a few lounges and hammocks to relax in. There were plenty of loungers by the pool and it was never too crowded. We particularly liked the fact that we could fill up with water for free and that there was free coffee at reception in the morning.
