The people! Our room was really big and comfortable. Nice meals. Not a la carte, whatever the chef is preparing. Close to the ocean and we saw a dolphin!

Really enjoyed my one night stay here. It was quiet and the breakfast was great. I was fortunate enough to run into some other like minded travelers and it made the trip even better. Staff were super nice and considerate and all around very helpful. I'd stay here again without even a second thought. Highly recommended.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood there is a pleasant, friendly vibe but also serious attention to details affecting the health and comfort of their customers. In-house prepared dinners and breakfasts are a nice touch: the spaghetti and meatballs were very good.

Lovely warm welcome as soon as we arrived, felt comfortable and at home. Bedroom spacious with great AC, communal terrace made it easy to chat to other travellers. Beers in the fridge for purchase and an amazing breakfast in the morning, also drove us to the water taxi station the next day. Not much around, although did have a good dinner in a nearby restaurant and there's a supermarket close by, but perfect for us! Would highly recommend for a home from home feeling :)

Julia and Louis are the best, very professional, friendly & knowledge about the area and activities. This was my second stay at the Red Hut Inn and both times they made me feel like family. Oh, make sure to have breakfast and dinner. Louis' cooking is the greatest.

Awful place and 5%extra payment had been charged on credit card to pay by credit card. The room was on the ground floor (garage floor) of a small villa. The small broom of the room (referred to as the "suite") looked out into an atrium with a wall. The dinner was neither good nor plentiful. Experience to forget !! It is impossible to vhd a place like this to exhibit such a high booking score !!

It was really too expensive for what they offer. No hot shower, really bad WiFi, no free water, expensive shuttle services. They let me pay 110 BZD for a private shuttle to Chetumal, there was no other option but to get public transportation and they made it seems as it would be a big hassle. I took the shuttle and the driver told me he only got payed 60 BZD to drive me. I thought that was really unfair to him.

The beds were comfortable and the food they served was tasty.

There’s nothing not to like about the property itself as it’s very welcoming, you will likely need a taxi, which they provide, if you’re going to go anywhere.

Lewis and Julia went out of their way to ensure everyone’s needs were met. the breakfasts were wonderful (I’m sure the dinners were too but I just eat breakfast and lunch). they took me to and from various places I either wanted or needed to go to; always at my schedule - and they were just nice people to boot!
