Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaI always stay here because of the location and the restaurant but the bar side was closed and there was only one server who was great and trying so hard to get to everyone but she was alone so there was a wait for everything. We didn't get a chance to have our water refilled and ordered drinks after our meal was served. The food was still great and she was awesome but obviously short staffed. There were also significant issues with the internet. I couldn't do much work due to the connection issues, slow loading and losing connection. The bar being closed forced us to have our meeting in the breakfast area which was way less intimate and less private.

CanadaThe hot tub/whirlpool was closed, and we weren't sure about the sauna - it was cool inside, and turning on the timer didn't get it to heat up. We chose the hotel based on those advertised amenities, so were a bit disappointed.
Comfortable beds, clean. Location was good. Our little guy enjoyed swimming in the pool. Staff were very friendly. It was nice to have a mini-fridge in the room.
