My room was in 4th floor without an elevator. I was really tired when I arrived in the evening and was lucky that the front desk staff offered to carry my luggage. I would've struggled a lot to carry that into 4th!! floor. I guess not every staff member carries your stuff, so beware to do a climb to your room. Breakfast was good, they even offered some fruit & oatmilk!! much appreciated

Overall our stay was good , only disappointment was the included breakfast (little sausages were edible but the eggs and turkey bacon not so much) little better coffee would have been nice (maybe a kurig machine?). Kids liked the pool.

I am just under 6" and the beds were a little small for me, but for the price it's honestly worth it. If you're short you'll be super comfy

Desk manager wouldnt accept a temporary replacement credit card after our truck was broken into and wallet/belongings stolen.

Tub and sink drains need maintenance. Asked to be away from road yet faced Crowchild Trail and on noise from room above. No luggage carts in parkage.
