Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThis was the 2nd hotel I've booked through Booking.com, and the second hotel to charge me $100 plus more than I expected. Not sure I'll give this booking site another chance because that sort of surprise kills my budget. In Old San Juan when I arrived having pre booked they said they didn't have the room I booked available and gave me a more expensive one that looked exactly like the one in the pic that I booked. For this one, I booked online at a certain price, was given the room, amd was charged $100 plus more than what I thought I was getting. Classic bait and switch. Maybe it pays to prepay but still. I got ripped off.
One of the cleanest hotels I've been in. Staff was great. I would return. This is an older hotel near China Town that had been refurbished. Some interesting decor choices but everything was clean and neat and in good repair.

The fridge in the room was very noisy. I called the front desk. It was replaced within a couple of hours. The front desk people were great! The suite had a great layout.

CanadaI didn’t prepare my slippers, I thought they have. The problem is the tub curtain can not block the water. After my bath, water splashed outside the tub and it was all over the floor in the bathroom. And because I don’t have slippers, the towels are not enough for cleaning the floor. I dislike walking on the wet and cold floor with my bare feet.
It’s cozy, and we have a cute balcony.

Loved the locale as it made it super easy to get around the city. Everything was within easy driving distance. The staff were very efficient, welcoming, and helpful, from replacing a lost room key to providing information or extra room supplies. Finally, check-in/out was super fast.
