Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaHate the lack of personal on-line interaction - everything is signed as "Cascade by Elevate Vacations" v including someone's name. Hate the need to cover a $500 potential damage fee in order to process the reservation. Hate the threat of needing to pay hundreds of dollars for housekeeping. How is this not part of the room fee? Not sure what this entity is. Looks and feels like a hotel room but acts like an Air BnB

United StatesThere was only 1 bedside table and both sides of the bed should have a table. Also, there weren't any reading lamps near the bed. The room is small and basic with nowhere to put your suitcases. We figured out to slide them under the bed for storage purposes. The fan for the heater in the room was loud. The lighting in the bathroom isn't good for putting on make up. There are two hot tubs that hold about 8 people each. There really needs to be another hot tub as they get crowded and people were turned away.
We stayed in a studio room (#437). The bed was comfy and the basic kitchen met our needs. The kitchen had 2 electric hobs, a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, pans, glasses, etc. The outdoor hot tubs are nice after a day of skiing and having the ski valet is a good service. The location is excellent - easy to access everything in the village and the gondolas.

CanadaClean and comfortable but basic. BEWARE that upon arrival we had to pay a $500 damage deposit taken off out Visa. We left on time with the apartment in same condition as we arrived. The company have still not refunded the damage deposit one month on. I have spent hours emailing and now pursuing a Visa claim for a refund. I get the impression that this company likes to hang on to the deposit as a nice little earner. Check that yours is refunded. I will never use this company again for this reason.
The company does not refund the $500 damage deposit even when you leave early and everything is spotless. Daylight robbery

CanadaWhen i'm being friendly to front desk staff, I kinda expect a minimum level of friendliness back. On two separate occasions, I smiled and said hello to two staff particular and just got cold stares. All other staff were the usual friendly and helpful that is typical here.
A great location across from bus loop in the village. Appreciate the pool, hot tub, kitchette, and comfortable bed. Most staff are friendly.

CanadaThe wifi could have been better and the windows don't block the noise from the road, the parking was a bit full and spaces are tight and the added cost was a bit much. Also there was a very strange fish smell that would waft into our unit from I am assuming the next unit all day and night.
The location was excellent and really close to everything you need. The unit was clean and very modern and suited our needs. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub - it was quite spacious and clean.

CanadaThe host would not accommodate an early checkin or a late checkout of 1 hour even though the room was not booked the day we checked out. We went back 2 hours later because we forgot an item and the room had still not been cleaned! Super upsetting. They made us take out all of our own garbage and recycling. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly either. Next time I will book direct with the hotel as the owners of Room 611 were not accommodating at all. We weren’t able to check in until 5 pm on the 14th and had to checkout by 10 am on the 16th. Weren’t even there for 48hours but got charged full price! We have stayed at Cascade in the past and they have always been super accommodating so we were quite confused until we found out it was privately owned:(
